Whispering Pines Mobile Home Introduce
For local residents in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area searching for "RV parks near me," Whispering Pines Mobile Home, located at 900 Airport Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421, USA, is a mobile home park that may also accommodate recreational vehicles seeking longer-term stays. As individuals explore options for residential RV living or simply search for suitable "RV parks near me," it is crucial to consider all available information to make an informed decision. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Whispering Pines Mobile Home based on the publicly available customer reviews, which present significantly contrasting perspectives on the park's environment, management, and services.
The environment of Whispering Pines Mobile Home appears to be undergoing a transformation, according to one positive review. This reviewer notes that the "Community keeps getting better" and credits the manager for doing a "great job of beautifying the area." Specific improvements mentioned include the change from a "trashy" environment with "broken glass and garbage left all over yards" to a "very nice for walking around" area with "nice green lawns and fresh gravel in driveways." This suggests that recent efforts by the management have led to tangible improvements in the park's aesthetics and overall living environment. As a result of these changes, the reviewer expresses a strong positive sentiment, stating, "As a result, the area has improved so much and I love it." This perspective could be appealing to those searching for "RV parks near me" that are actively working to enhance their community.
However, this positive assessment is starkly contradicted by another, highly negative review. This reviewer describes the management as "very bad" and claims they "do nothing to help their tenants." A significant complaint is the alleged lack of presence and accessibility of the management, stating, "Their is never anyone there. The office is allways closed. The maintenance is never there." This lack of on-site management and maintenance can be a major concern for residents needing assistance or repairs. The reviewer also raises serious concerns about the park's handling of sensitive situations, stating, "Their has been several deaths their and not once have they sent out their condolences very disrespectful to the tenants." This suggests a lack of care and consideration for the residents' well-being.
Furthermore, the negative review highlights significant environmental issues, claiming that "The park constantly floods" and that management does "nothing to improve the park." Frequent flooding can lead to property damage and a diminished quality of life for residents. The reviewer also notes that the park has "no drive bye appearance," suggesting a lack of curb appeal and potentially further reinforcing the negative perception of the environment. The combination of alleged neglect in addressing maintenance issues and the persistent flooding problem could be a major deterrent for those considering Whispering Pines Mobile Home as one of their "RV parks near me" options for long-term living.
The services at Whispering Pines Mobile Home are viewed very differently by the two reviewers. The positive review indicates a responsive management that "schedules the maintenance man to come out and fix it as quickly as possible" when issues are reported. This suggests an efficient and helpful service system. In contrast, the negative review claims that if you have a problem and call, "they will not return your call," indicating a complete lack of service and support for tenants. This stark difference in reported service levels makes it difficult to form a definitive objective assessment without further information. Potential residents would need to ascertain the current responsiveness and reliability of the park's management and maintenance services.
The features of Whispering Pines Mobile Home are not extensively detailed in either review. The positive review mentions "nice green lawns and fresh gravel in driveways" as part of the beautification efforts, suggesting some attention to the aesthetic features of the park. However, there is no information provided about other potential features such as laundry facilities, communal areas, recreational amenities, or the size and layout of the lots, which are important considerations for those seeking "RV parks near me" for long-term living. The negative review focuses primarily on the lack of management and maintenance, as well as the flooding issues, without mentioning any positive features.
Promotional information is entirely absent from the provided reviews. The positive review implicitly promotes the park by highlighting the improvements under the current manager. This could be seen as a form of positive word-of-mouth promotion. However, the severe criticisms in the negative review would likely counteract any positive promotional effects. For local users considering Whispering Pines Mobile Home as one of their "RV parks near me" options, it would be prudent to seek further, more balanced and recent information to gauge the current state of the park and its management before making a decision.
The contrasting nature of the two reviews suggests a period of significant change or a divergence in individual experiences at Whispering Pines Mobile Home. The positive review indicates a park on an upward trajectory due to the efforts of the current manager, while the negative review paints a picture of neglect and poor management. For local users searching for "RV parks near me," this situation underscores the importance of seeking multiple perspectives and potentially visiting the park in person to assess the current environment and management practices. The significant discrepancies in the provided feedback make it challenging to form a definitive opinion based solely on this information.
In conclusion, Whispering Pines Mobile Home in Chattanooga, TN, presents a complex picture based on the available customer reviews. While one review highlights positive improvements in the park's environment and responsive management, the other describes a poorly managed park with significant issues such as lack of communication, unaddressed maintenance problems, and persistent flooding. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" for long-term residency, it is crucial to approach Whispering Pines Mobile Home with caution and to conduct thorough personal investigation to ascertain the current state of the park and its management. The conflicting information necessitates a more comprehensive evaluation to determine if this mobile home park offers a suitable living environment for RVs or mobile homes.

Community keeps getting better. Manager is doing a great job of beautifying the area. When there are issues, as soon as the manager is notified, she schedules the maintenance man to come out and fix it as quickly as possible. The neighborhood has gone from trashy (with broken glass and garbage left all over yards) to very nice for walking around (nice green lawns and fresh gravel in driveways). As a result, the area has improved so much and I love it.
Feb 02, 2019 · Patrick DevlinThe management is very bad. They do nothing to help their tenants.Their is never anyone there. The office is allways closed. The maintenance is never there. Their has been several deaths their and not once have they sent out their condolences very disrespectful to the tenants. The park constantly floods they do nothing to improve the park .It has no drive bye appearance. If you have a problem and need something fixed and you call they will not return your call. All their interested in is the money they put no pride in the appearance of their mobile home park. Their very rude people. So you make your own opinion about the park.
Jun 26, 2019 · Kimberly PittmanI have to say, the management of this park is far above the average. I have seen the efforts of Jennipher over the last couple of years, and her professionalism, the care she has for the tenants, and her desire to do the very best she can, is simply amazing.
Nov 18, 2019 · Ken LawsonI owned 2 trailers here. I know Daniel and Jennifer they are so sweet. They helped us so much to me and my husband. I like it here too much . The kids are to play with my son everyday. He loved it here too.
Jun 22, 2020 · Angela JordanAbsolutely horrible! Let the general manager know in plenty time that I would be leaving in my site at the end of April 2014. The site was left clean with no trash. The manager indicated that he would be returning my deposit plus some excess rent that I had paid. This is now the end of September 2014, and no check even though I call him every week. Terrible company with which to do business.
