Green Acres Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local residents in the Rossville, Georgia area searching for "RV parks near me," Green Acres Mobile Home Park, located at 42 National Blvd, Rossville, GA 30741, USA, is a mobile home park that may also accommodate recreational vehicles seeking longer-term stays. As individuals explore options for residential RV living or simply search for suitable "RV parks near me," it is crucial to consider all available information to make an informed decision. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Green Acres Mobile Home Park based on the publicly available customer reviews, which present a concerning perspective on the park's environment, services, and management.
The environment of Green Acres Mobile Home Park, based on the provided reviews, appears to be significantly problematic for residents. Multiple issues are highlighted, painting a picture of a poorly maintained and potentially disruptive living situation. One of the most frequently mentioned concerns is the unreliable and unclean water supply. Reviewers state that the water is often turned off without any prior notice, and this occurs quite often, even multiple times a month and sometimes weekly for extended periods. Additionally, the water quality is described as "not clean by any means," raising potential health and hygiene concerns for residents, including those who might be considering this as one of their "RV parks near me" options for long-term living.
Beyond the water issues, the environment within the park is described as socially challenging. One reviewer mentions "nosy neighbors who constantly are in everyone else’s business and talking bad about them," suggesting a lack of privacy and potential interpersonal conflicts within the community. The same reviewer also notes frequent "fighting and screaming within the park" and "loud music all hours of the night and day," indicating a disruptive and potentially unsafe living environment. These factors could significantly detract from the quality of life for any prospective residents, including those in RVs seeking a peaceful and stable community among the "RV parks near me."
The services at Green Acres Mobile Home Park, as described by the reviewers, appear to be severely lacking. A major complaint is the difficulty in contacting the office, with one reviewer stating, "No one in the office ever answers the phone when you need anything at all." This lack of communication and accessibility to management can be a significant source of frustration for residents needing assistance or information. The management itself is described as "very poorly managed and very unprofessional" by one reviewer, and another characterizes the manager as having "some kind of attitude," particularly when residents call with questions, providing "moody, vague responses." This suggests a lack of responsiveness and a negative interaction experience with the park's management.
While one reviewer mentions that "they have a pool," a key feature often sought in "RV parks near me" during warmer months, its usability is severely compromised. The reviewer states that there is "always an issue with that too because their maintenance people are too lazy to keep up with it." As a result, the pool is reportedly "usually very dirty, or they just close it for days on end without reason." This suggests that advertised amenities may not be consistently available or well-maintained for the residents' use.
Another significant concern raised by a reviewer pertains to pets within the park. It is mentioned that "people that live throughout the park have dogs, never on a lead at all," leading to situations where individuals walking in the park, including children, are "getting chased." The lack of enforcement of leash rules poses a potential safety hazard and detracts from the comfort and security of the community for all residents, including those in RVs who might be walking their own pets or have concerns about uncontrolled animals.
Promotional information is entirely absent from the provided reviews, and given the overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding the environment, services, and management of Green Acres Mobile Home Park, it is unlikely that there would be any positive aspects to promote based solely on this information. The strong recommendations from reviewers to "never live here" and the overall description of the place as "absolutely terrible" serve as a significant deterrent for any prospective residents searching for "RV parks near me" or considering this mobile home park for long-term living.
In conclusion, based on the consistent and severely negative customer reviews, Green Acres Mobile Home Park in Rossville, GA, appears to be a community facing significant and unaddressed issues. The unreliable and unclean water supply, unresponsive and unprofessional management, disruptive neighborhood environment, poorly maintained amenities, and lack of pet control all contribute to a highly unfavorable living situation, according to the reviewers. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" for long-term residency, the information available strongly suggests exercising extreme caution and likely avoiding Green Acres Mobile Home Park. Prospective residents should prioritize their comfort, safety, and access to essential services when choosing a place to live and should seek out RV parks that offer a more stable, well-managed, and positive living environment. The overwhelmingly negative feedback indicates that Green Acres Mobile Home Park may not meet these fundamental requirements.

Green Acres Mobile Home Park Reviews
This place is absolutely terrible. They turn your water off without any notice at all and this happens quite often. The water is not clean by any means. No one in the office ever answers the phone when you need anything at all. Very poorly managed and very unprofessional. My suggestion would be never live here.
Sep 08, 2024 · Will HollowayThis place is alright if you keep to yourself, but the neighborhood is full of nosy neighbors who constantly are in everyone else’s business and talking bad about them, there’s always some sort of fighting and screaming within the park, loud music all hours of the night and day, and a very annoying water issue. This place always has some kind of problem with their water system supposedly, and they shut your water off whenever they feel like without any warning, several times a month. Just about every week for hours at a time. Which makes it very hard to do anything cleaning wise, or even trying to shower/bathe. You never know when it’ll go off on you. The manager always has some kind of attitude, especially if you have to call to ask any sort of question. All she’ll do is give a very moody, vague response to whatever it is. There’ll never be a good reason for anything at all. And yes, they have a pool, but good luck using it in the summer! There’s always an issue with that too because their maintenance people are too lazy to keep up with it. So it’s usually very dirty, or they just close it for days on end without reason. There’s people that live throughout the park that have dogs, never on a lead at all, so if you’re walking or anything, you’re getting chased and the owners are just too lazy to stop their pets. Which can be dangerous for the kids that roam around the park when they want to be outside. This place is really only good if you never really go outside. Good luck to whoever actually lives here.

Aug 28, 2022 · Gina StricklandMy son was staying at a friend's home who lives there. It seems like a nice area and it was well kept and clean in appearance.
Jun 15, 2024 · Donna CummingsI must admit that I used to have a negative opinion of mobile home living, but when my family members decided to buy one and I went there I totally changed my perspective on mobile homes!! This community is always clean, has a community pool and events building. When I go there, their next door neighbor tells me his additional parking area is always available. The roads are all paved and let me say again, CLEAN. The yards are well maintained, which is something I can't say about a lot of some regular homes I've seen, even in "so called" high class communities. Their mobile home has weathered many storms and their home hasn't blown apart, roof remained intact!!! Think about your first impressions of everything, everyone, because you could be limiting yourself in all aspects of life.
