Apache West Mobile Home & RV Park Introduce
For those searching for "RV parks near me" or considering a mobile home and RV park in Mesa, Arizona, Apache West Mobile Home & RV Park, with its management office located at 1035 W Main St, Mesa, AZ 85201, USA, is a potential option. Inquiries can be directed to (480) 969-7147 or +1 480-969-7147. Feedback from individuals who have experienced living in this park offers insights into its environment and management, which are crucial for prospective residents to consider.
One review provides a somewhat cryptic account of assisting someone, referred to as "packrat," with moving belongings. This reviewer mentions a past experience of helping with inventory in a room years ago and notes a feeling of being given orders rather than welcomed help. They also describe an interaction involving a palm tree being strung up. While this review offers a glimpse into some personal interactions within the park, it does not provide substantial information about the overall living environment or the park's services and features for residents in general.
Another resident offers a more direct perspective on living at Apache West. They state that "for the most part it's nice" and that "people stay to themselves," suggesting a potentially quiet and private atmosphere within the community. However, this reviewer also raises significant concerns. A major issue highlighted is a "horrible" cat problem, with a pervasive smell of cat poop reported throughout the park. This indicates a potential sanitation or animal control issue that could impact the quality of life for residents.
Furthermore, this resident points out that the trailers are situated "definitely too close to each other," to the extent that propane companies reportedly refuse to deliver due to safety concerns regarding spacing. This is a serious issue that could affect residents' access to essential services and raises questions about the park's layout and adherence to safety standards.
Finally, the same reviewer expresses frustration with the lack of accessible management, stating, "Never anyone in the office to Express concerns too and can't contact any management." This suggests a potential problem with communication and the ability of residents to address issues or seek assistance from the park's management. This lack of on-site or readily available management could be a significant drawback for residents requiring support or information.
Considering these reviews, Apache West Mobile Home & RV Park appears to offer a community where residents generally keep to themselves, potentially providing a degree of privacy. However, significant concerns have been raised regarding a severe cat problem leading to sanitation issues, unsafe spacing between trailers impacting propane delivery, and a lack of accessible management for residents to voice concerns or seek help.
When searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home parks, key factors to evaluate include the overall environment and cleanliness, the safety and spacing of sites, the availability and responsiveness of management, and the sense of community. The feedback for Apache West presents a mixed picture, with the negative aspects related to sanitation, safety, and management accessibility being particularly noteworthy.
Information about the specific services and features of Apache West Mobile Home & RV Park is limited to what can be inferred from the reviews. The mention of propane delivery issues suggests that individual sites likely have hookups for propane, in addition to electricity and possibly water and sewer. However, the availability of other amenities such as laundry facilities, communal areas, recreational facilities, or pet-friendly policies (beyond the apparent cat issue) is not mentioned. Prospective residents would need to inquire directly about the full range of services and features offered.
There is no promotional information available in the provided reviews. Individuals interested in learning about rental rates, lot sizes, lease terms, or any special offers should contact the park directly using the provided phone numbers.
Given the concerns raised about the cat problem, the spacing of trailers, and the lack of accessible management, it is strongly recommended that prospective residents conduct a thorough on-site visit and ask specific questions related to these issues. Assessing the cleanliness of the park, the spacing between sites, and the accessibility of the management office are crucial steps. It might also be beneficial to try and speak with current residents to gain a broader perspective on the day-to-day living experience at Apache West Mobile Home & RV Park.
The lack of readily available management and the safety concerns regarding trailer spacing are particularly serious points that potential residents should investigate thoroughly. Ensuring that the park adheres to safety regulations and provides adequate channels for resident communication and support is essential for a positive living experience.
In conclusion, Apache West Mobile Home & RV Park in Mesa, AZ, offers a community where residents tend to maintain privacy. However, significant issues have been reported concerning a pervasive cat problem, potentially unsafe spacing between trailers affecting propane delivery, and a lack of accessible management. Prospective residents should carefully consider these concerns and conduct a comprehensive on-site evaluation and direct questioning of the management to determine if this park meets their needs and safety standards. When searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home living options, it is vital to look beyond the basic location and consider the quality of the living environment and the responsiveness of the management.

Apache West Mobile Home & RV Park Reviews
Had to help packrat move her stuff around. Must be inventory I helped out most of it in a room years ago! Lucky #13 no thank you no nothing but orders. Like it my place . I was just trying to help but help is not always welcomed. She did like her palm being strung up all the way up! I could tell she really enjoyed it.
Dec 17, 2023 · Robert RoqueI live here and for the most part it's nice. People stay to themselves. The cat problem is horrible, smells like cat poop everywhere. Trailers definitely too close to each other, propain companies will not deliver because the trailers are not safely spaced apart. Last but not least, Never anyone in the office to Express concerns too and can't contact any management.
Apr 29, 2019 · Victoria PattenIt is under new management and there has been a significant improvement to the cleanliness of the park. The owners and management do their best to address any issues and resolve them. This is a good place for people on a budget.
May 23, 2020 · Chad StanleyCAT'S CAT'S CAT'S !!! Can you say cat's ? Everywhere you look there are cat's,and cat poo !! The manager Lady promotes the problem.. Their is a clubhouse with a pool table by the pool, and there are cat's inside the clubhouse,by themselves, chill'in on the pool table, like it's all good... But besides all that.. The crime here is like the streets of L.A. . No Joke 😕 NO PARKING, none, not even for your own car. The mobile homes are very, very ran down...
Apr 30, 2019 · butterfly buttcakesIt's a very run down and dirty trailer park that doesn't attempt to accommodate people with disabilities. I know a disabled resident who doesn't have a parking spot in front of her trailer, while non-disabled neighbors on every side of her have multiple spots.
