Redwood Mobile Home Park Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or considering a mobile home park in Mesa, Arizona, Redwood Mobile Home Park, located at 2207 W Main St, Mesa, AZ 85201, USA, presents a residential option. They can be contacted at (480) 969-1795 or +1 480-969-1795 for inquiries regarding availability and community policies. Reviews from past and present residents offer contrasting perspectives on the living experience at Redwood Mobile Home Park, which potential residents should carefully consider.
One former resident shared a deeply negative experience. They reported living comfortably in their RV for four months, paying $350 per month plus electricity, which they considered a fair price. However, they received a sudden eviction notice, giving them only ten days to vacate their spot, without any stated reason. The reviewer expressed disappointment and frustration with the lack of explanation from the owner, who allegedly stated that no reason was necessary. This resident, a full-time nursing student at the time, highlighted the significant difficulty and stress of having to find new accommodation on short notice, particularly during a pandemic. They praised the sense of community with their neighbors and the enjoyment their pets found in the area, but described the owner and his daughter, who reportedly run the park, in harsh terms due to the eviction without cause.
In contrast, another resident who parked their Airstream at Redwood for five months reported a "wonderful experience." They described the neighborhood as "quiet and kid friendly" and found the landlords, Cassidy and Jim, to be pleasant and reciprocal in their interactions. This reviewer also noted that the lot price was "super reasonable" and appreciated the proximity to a local "respectable dive bar" called Groggy's. They expressed a willingness to stay there again if the opportunity arose. This positive feedback suggests that some residents have found the park to be affordable, peaceful, and well-managed, at least during their stay.
Considering these divergent experiences, it is crucial for prospective residents to approach Redwood Mobile Home Park with a balanced perspective. The stark contrast in reviews indicates that individual experiences may vary significantly, potentially depending on factors such as the length of stay, the specific management interactions encountered, and individual expectations.
When evaluating "RV parks near me" or mobile home parks, key aspects to consider include the management's professionalism and fairness, the stability of residency, the community environment, the cost and value offered, and the overall atmosphere of the park. The negative review raises serious concerns about the security of tenure and the communication style of the management, while the positive review highlights affordability and a pleasant neighborhood.
Regarding the environment, the positive review suggests a quiet and kid-friendly atmosphere, which could be appealing to families or those seeking a peaceful living space. The proximity to hiking trails or other natural amenities is not mentioned, but the presence of a nearby local bar might be a feature for those who appreciate local nightlife options. The negative review does not directly comment on the physical environment of the park itself, focusing more on the management's actions.
Information about the specific services and features of Redwood Mobile Home Park is limited to the mention of electricity being billed separately. Typically, mobile home and RV parks offer basic utilities such as water, sewer, and trash disposal. Some may provide additional amenities like laundry facilities, communal spaces, or Wi-Fi. Prospective residents should inquire about the full range of services and features available at Redwood Mobile Home Park and whether these are included in the lot rental fee or incur additional charges.
There is no promotional information available in the provided reviews. Individuals interested in learning about current rental rates, security deposits, or any special offers should contact the park directly using the provided phone numbers.
Given the conflicting reports regarding the management, it would be particularly prudent for potential residents to seek direct interaction with the current management to gauge their professionalism and responsiveness. Asking about the park's policies on tenancy, eviction procedures, and communication with residents could provide valuable insights. It might also be beneficial to try and speak with current long-term residents to get a broader sense of the typical living experience at Redwood Mobile Home Park.
The significant difference in the reported experiences underscores the importance of thorough due diligence when considering any mobile home or RV park. Factors that might contribute to these differing views could include changes in management over time, different expectations or needs of the residents, or varying circumstances of their tenancy. Regardless, the feedback suggests that while some individuals have found Redwood Mobile Home Park to be a positive and affordable living option, others have experienced significant issues with management practices.
In conclusion, Redwood Mobile Home Park in Mesa, AZ, offers a location with potentially reasonable lot prices and, according to one reviewer, a quiet and kid-friendly environment with a nearby local amenity. However, another resident reported a negative experience involving a sudden, unexplained eviction and perceived unprofessionalism from the management. Prospective residents should weigh these contrasting accounts carefully and conduct their own thorough investigation, including direct communication with the management and, if possible, current residents, to determine if Redwood Mobile Home Park aligns with their requirements and expectations for a long-term or short-term living arrangement. When searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home communities, considering the full spectrum of resident experiences is crucial for making an informed decision.

Redwood Mobile Home Park Reviews
Horrible place. Do yourself a favor and do NOT rent here. I lived here comfortably for 4 months in my RV and paid on time. It was $350 + electric which was really fair. And then I receive an eviction notice stating I have 10 days to leave my spot. They weren't even decent enough to give me a reason or further notice. I tried to talk to the owner and he said "i don't have to give you any reason. You just have to leave."It costs zero dollars to be kind. I'm a full time nursing student and now I have 10 days to find somewhere else to go during a pandemic. Loved living here, loved my neighbors, my cat and my dog enjoyed walking around. But the owner and his daughter who run the place make me sick that they'd put someone in a situation like this. Absolutely DISGUSTING people. Acted nice upfront, but kicked me out without no explanation.
Jan 19, 2021 · AleynaI parked my Airstream at Redwood and lived there for 5 months. I had a wonderful experience. Neighborhood is quiet and kid friendly. The landlords Cassidy and Jim were as nice to me as I was to them. Lot price was super reasonable, and there's a respectable dive bar (Groggy's) a stone's throw away! I'll stay here again if given the chance.
Jul 08, 2021 · M RileyThe landlord is unreasonable, rude, and very difficult to deal with. We paid our rent on time and were told that he would not renew our lease without giving any reason. We had no complaints and were not reached to be told in advance that we would have to leave. I would never recommend this park to anyone.
Jun 03, 2020 · Mrs. KralicekThe manager of the park has no marbles. I was driving three miles in hour and he says he has measured distance between speed bumps and can tell if your speeding . Lol speed is distance over time . Simple formula
