Thousand Trails Palm Springs Reviews
Our cabin was exceptionally clean. Had everything we needed. Would have given another star but it needs newer blankets and more comfortable beds, but they were useable. The guy running front gate is super friendly and helpful. The park is very clean and maintained.Very close to train and city traffic. Although I didn't use a camping spot this trip, it would be near impossible for me to get my 40' fifth wheel in most spots. A highly experienced driver may be able to get into the tight spots much better, but someone not as good.... practice first. The pool area looked very inviting. There is a small playground for children. The dog park is just a small sand area but at least there is one.I will be back.
Dec 28, 2024 · DM FrankThank you Teresa! I recently had a problem with booking online and had to call the office. Teresa answered on the first ring and was so, so pleasant and helpful. She sorted everything out for us right away and really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. It's a clean campground, plenty of services nearby, friendly staff, lovely palm trees. The pool and spa are well cared for. There is a sensible area that we were directed to go to to unhook the toad so we could look for a spot, and we had no trouble parking our motor-home despite all those fabulous Palms. There are a lot of easy pull-through spaces if you don't mind 30amp service. This campground has lots of recycling bins, I find that really rare at TT locations. We have T-Mobile and had excellent speeds the entire stay. We'll be back often. :)
Jan 16, 2025 · Magic Mirror GalleryThe very worst thousand trails!!! I hate it! We've been traveling for 60 days, and not stayed in this bad of a park, anywhere!!! 1/2 the sites have no power, most aren't even labeled, so you spend time parking, only to find out we had to move. The guy at the front gate was VERY unhelpful, why is he even there!!So disgusted and disappointed! Ants and anthills everywhere, the sites are filled with trash. Please save your money and time! This place is a dump!
Mar 06, 2025 · Loralee DavisI want to give 5, but the freeway and train noise is constant. Other than that, the laundry, bathrooms, and pool are all clean. There's lots of dust and sand, but the weather in the winter here is super nice. Staff is great and the park is clean.
Jan 19, 2025 · Smokey Da'BearA little more run down each year I stay here. Many spaces marked "no power" or "no sewer." Several spaces have no power and are not marked as such, and you only find out after you've backed into your space. Sad to see such a good park with so little maintenance! It's a though Thousand Trails has given up putting any money into this park and is satisfied with letting it deteriorate, and yet we pay more each year in dues... for what?
