Tuckerton Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local individuals seeking information about "RV parks near me" that might offer long-term residential options, Tuckerton Mobile Home Park, located at 469 S Green St, Tuckerton, NJ 08087, USA, is a mobile home park that appears in online searches. While primarily a residential community for mobile homes, such parks sometimes accommodate RVs for extended stays. However, the publicly available information for Tuckerton Mobile Home Park consists of overwhelmingly negative customer reviews that raise serious concerns about the management and overall environment, which potential long-term RV residents should carefully consider.
Situated in Tuckerton, New Jersey, the location offers proximity to the Jersey Shore and the surrounding natural beauty of the region. Tuckerton itself is a historic maritime village with local attractions and amenities. The address on South Green Street suggests accessibility to local routes within Tuckerton. However, the limited positive information about the park itself necessitates a strong focus on the significant negative feedback available.
The customer reviews for Tuckerton Mobile Home Park are exceptionally critical, primarily focusing on the alleged behavior and business practices of an individual named Frank, who appears to be the owner or manager. One lengthy and detailed review from a former employee paints a disturbing picture of unprofessional and potentially illegal conduct. The reviewer recounts being hired and abruptly fired within three weeks under questionable circumstances, alleging that the promised terms of employment (free housing plus pay for a trailer park manager role) quickly devolved into performing personal assistant and maid duties for Frank at his residence. The reviewer describes feeling constantly on edge due to Frank's unclear expectations and dissatisfaction, and ultimately being fired via text message for not being available for personal tasks. This account includes serious allegations of being locked out of their provided trailer after a hospitalization and being aggressively accused of squatting, requiring police intervention to assert their rights as a resident.
Furthermore, the former employee's review suggests a chaotic and unprofessional management style, including a lack of basic employment procedures (no written contract, Frank not knowing the employee's last name) and a general inability to effectively manage the trailer park itself, as the employee learned almost nothing about the actual job duties during their brief tenure. The reviewer strongly advises others to "STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!" and labels Frank as a "creep" who operates illegally and unprofessionally.
The second review, from an individual attempting to assist their son in purchasing a mobile home within the park, corroborates the negative portrayal of Frank's management style. This review details a frustrating and ultimately unsuccessful multi-week ordeal to obtain a simple application for a credit check required to purchase a home in the park. The reviewer recounts numerous broken promises, excuses (including not knowing how to email and not having a copy of the application), and ultimately, a hostile interaction between Frank and the son's realtor, leading the realtor to refuse to work with him. This experience highlights extreme difficulty in conducting basic transactions related to the park, suggesting a dysfunctional management system that actively hinders residents and potential buyers. The reviewer concludes with a strong warning to "Stay away from this liar!!!!!!"
Considering these overwhelmingly negative reviews, it is exceedingly difficult to objectively describe a positive environment, services, or features of Tuckerton Mobile Home Park based on the available online information. The primary theme emerging from the reviews is serious concerns about the integrity, professionalism, and behavior of the park's management, specifically the individual named Frank.
In terms of environment, the reviews provide no positive details. The focus is entirely on the negative interactions with management. There is no mention of the physical upkeep of the park, the layout, landscaping, or the general aesthetic. Potential long-term RV residents would have no basis to assess the desirability of the physical surroundings based on the provided feedback.
Similarly, the reviews offer no information about the services or features that might be available at Tuckerton Mobile Home Park for residents, including potential RV residents. Essential services such as water, sewer, and electrical hookups, as well as any amenities like laundry facilities or communal areas, are not mentioned. The focus on management issues overshadows any potential positive aspects of the park's infrastructure or offerings.
There is absolutely no promotional information to be gleaned from the provided reviews. Instead, the consistent and vehement warnings to stay away from the park and its management serve as strong deterrents. The reviews suggest that any potential benefits of the location in Tuckerton, NJ, are significantly outweighed by the alleged negative experiences with the park's owner/manager.
For local users seeking "RV parks near me" for long-term residential options, the available online information strongly advises against considering Tuckerton Mobile Home Park. The serious allegations of unprofessional, unethical, and potentially illegal behavior by the management should be a significant red flag for anyone looking for a stable and respectful living environment. While it is possible that there are long-term RV residents at Tuckerton Mobile Home Park, the experiences shared in these reviews suggest a high likelihood of encountering significant issues with the park's management.
Given the severity of the concerns raised, any individual still considering Tuckerton Mobile Home Park for long-term RV living would need to conduct extremely thorough due diligence. This would involve attempting to contact the management (though the reviews suggest this might be difficult and potentially unpleasant), visiting the park in person to assess the environment and potentially speak with current residents (if willing and able to share their experiences), and perhaps even checking for any official records or complaints filed against the park or its management. However, based solely on the available online reviews, the overwhelming recommendation is to seek alternative "RV parks near me" that have a more positive and professional reputation.
In conclusion, the online reviews for Tuckerton Mobile Home Park in Tuckerton, NJ, are overwhelmingly negative, focusing on serious allegations of unprofessional and potentially illegal behavior by the park's management. There is no positive information available regarding the environment, services, or features of the park. For local users seeking "RV parks near me" for long-term residential options, the strong and repeated warnings in the reviews should be taken very seriously, and extreme caution is advised. Prospective residents would be well-advised to explore other options with more favorable reputations and transparent management practices.

Tuckerton Mobile Home Park Reviews
STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!! Frank is a creep and does everything illegally and unprofessionally. I don't even think he knows what the word professional means. I was hired and fired within 3 weeks because I "didn't mop his floors." I was promised free housing plus pay. I was hired to be the trailer park manager but he had me working pretty much as his personal assistant and his maid. He wanted me at his house on several occasions and he made me extremely uncomfortable. After 3 weeks I still knew almost nothing about running the trailer park. I moved into my trailer from 3 hours away, was constantly on eggshells around him because he is never clear about what he wants and is never happy with anything, and then I was fired because I didn't make myself available for him. He wanted me at his house again but I had work to do at the park. When he fired me over text message he told me to start packing. The next day I waited to see what would happen because he has a habit of "firing" people. My coworker affirmed that I needed to leave. I had to get the police involved. They said he can't make me leave without an eviction. So I stayed. I typed up a work contract for him to sign because I foolishly took the job with no paperwork. He didn't even know my last name. The last communication I had with him was that he was "waiting for his lawyer to look at it." I then ended up in a mental hospital because someone close to me passed away and I tried to commit suicide. My mother TOLD HIM what happened but when I got home after a week in the hospital, the locks and doorknobs on my trailer were changed. There was a note on the door saying do not enter call frank first. I called, calm as anything, and he was nothing but aggressive and claimed I was squatting and had no right to be there. I told him he needed to file an eviction to make me leave and he said no I don't. Had to get the police involved again. He is a scumbag and deserves nothing but the worst. And if you're thinking about renting a trailer at the park, don't even bother because he is going through a divorce so he is trying to avoid showing too much income so he is literally refusing to rent to anyone.
Jul 27, 2024 · Loretta ViscontiMy son was trying to buy a mobile home from the owner. I spoke to Frank (the land owner) he said he would get him an application this was on 4-28-24. I spoke to Frank on 4-30-24 I said my son is a truck driver and he would be in the area could he stop by for the application. Frank said why does he have to stop by? I will email him an application. I sent him the email address. On 5-1-24 spoke to Frank again he said he forgot and will get it out. On 5-6-24 my son went to see the mobile home and wanted to buy it but you can't by it without the credit check done by Frank. I asked almost every day from 4-28-24 until 5-8-24. Even the owner tried to get the application and he couldn't get one either. I spoke to Frank several times his next excuse he has no secretary. I said you don't have a copy of the application he said no. I said you told me you would email it. He said I don't know how to do that. Then my son had his realtor call he got really nasty with her and she told my son she can not work with this guy. He is impossible to work with and/or deal with. My son did buy his mobile home in another park without any problems closed on 5-31-24. Stay away from this guy because if you buy from him there is no problem but if you try to sell he will not let it happen. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LIAR!!!!!!!
Jun 09, 2024 · Patty RubyDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! The owner Frank is extremely unprofessional and very sketchy, he doesn’t give you straight answers and will lead you on for days, he also doesn’t show up for confirmed appointments, he will make you wait over an hour to meet with you. He’s very creepy, very unprofessional and the whole thing felt like a scam. The good reviews seem to be years old prior to his ownership and/or possible friends of his because every single bad review I read is exactly what I experienced. I’m a hard working person and took a day off to convenience his time and he doesn’t show up for over an hour. I even called to confirm again on my way to the viewing. Even if this wasn’t a scam (would be surprised if wasn’t) imagine what it would be like to rent from from someone this unprofessional. Absolutely disgusting what he does to people.
Feb 23, 2023 · bob JThis guy Frank schilling will string you along for weeks! He has no intention of renting anything! Don't waste your time ! I think he just wants to get your private information or he gets off on playing games !
Apr 24, 2024 · Charlie IndelicatoTuckerton Mobile Home Park/Bayshore Homes advertised a 2 br mobile home for rent on FB Marketplace. I msg’ed to see it, spoke to and dealt with “Frank”. Set up a time. He was late. He took me to see a smaller 1 br mobile home for more money, then lost his temper and acted like Nellie Oleson when I said it was too small. 🙄😳🤣 He said HE was done with ME! 😂 Do yourself a favor. Don’t waste your afternoon like I just did! Do NOT deal with this nut! SMH! 😏
