Twilight Mobile Home Park Introduce
Located at 522 S, Edinburg, PA 16116, USA, Twilight Mobile Home Park is a residential community offering mobile home living in the Edinburg, Pennsylvania area. While the primary focus is on mobile homes, individuals searching for "RV parks near me" for extended stays might consider inquiring about the possibility of accommodating RVs, although the available information does not explicitly confirm this. To gain a comprehensive understanding of the park's environment, services, and features, direct contact with the management is recommended.
The environment of Twilight Mobile Home Park appears to be a subject of contrasting opinions among those who have interacted with it. One review paints a very negative picture, describing the park as a "dump" resembling a "homeless camp" with "deserted homes." The reviewer, who has a historical connection to the park from the 1980s when it was considered "decent," expresses significant disappointment at its perceived current state and suggests that the township should intervene to address the issues. This perspective indicates potential concerns about the upkeep, presence of abandoned properties, and overall aesthetic of the park.
In contrast, another review offers a more positive perspective, stating that it's a "very good neighborhood" where the "park manager makes sure to keep the tenants informed." This review also highlights a specific aspect of residency: tenants are required to purchase a trailer, either one already in the park or one they wish to bring in, with the ongoing costs being lot rent and utilities. Furthermore, this reviewer notes that the community is "very welcoming" and is located within an "amazing school district," suggesting a family-friendly aspect and a potentially strong sense of community among residents.
The services at Twilight Mobile Home Park, based on the available reviews, include the provision of a lot for a purchased mobile home, with residents then responsible for paying lot rent and their individual utilities. The positive review's mention of the park manager keeping tenants informed suggests a level of communication and management presence within the community. However, the negative review's description of the park raises questions about the overall maintenance and upkeep services provided for the common areas and infrastructure. Prospective residents should inquire specifically about the services included in the lot rent, the process for utility connections and billing, waste management, and any other amenities offered within the park.
The features of Twilight Mobile Home Park include its location within what is described as an "amazing school district," which could be a significant draw for families with children. The requirement to purchase a trailer to live in the park is a notable feature of its residency model. The positive review's description of a "very good neighborhood" and a welcoming atmosphere suggests a potential sense of community as a feature. However, the negative review's observations of "deserted homes" and a run-down appearance indicate potential issues with the park's physical features and overall condition. Prospective residents should seek detailed information about the size and layout of lots, any restrictions on the age or condition of trailers, parking arrangements, and the presence and condition of any communal facilities.
Promotional information for Twilight Mobile Home Park is not explicitly mentioned in the provided reviews. Mobile home parks sometimes offer incentives to attract new residents, such as discounted lot rent for an initial period or assistance with the move-in process. To learn about any current promotions or special offers at Twilight Mobile Home Park, interested individuals should contact the management directly. Given the contrasting views on the park's condition, it would be particularly important to inquire about any ongoing efforts to improve the park's appearance and infrastructure, as well as the terms and conditions of residency.
For anyone considering Twilight Mobile Home Park as a potential "RV park near me" (though this is not explicitly mentioned as an option) or as a place to reside with a mobile home in Edinburg, PA, it is strongly recommended to take the following steps to gather comprehensive and current information:
- Contact the management to inquire about the possibility of accommodating RVs for any duration, including site availability, hookups, and terms.
- Ask detailed questions about the process of becoming a resident, including the requirement to purchase a trailer, options for purchasing one within the park or bringing one in, and any related regulations.
- Obtain complete information about the lot rent, what services are included, and the procedures for paying utilities.
- Inquire about the management's presence, communication practices, and how they address tenant concerns and maintain the park.
- Request information about the rules and regulations of the park to understand the expectations for residents.
- It is highly advisable to visit the park in person to assess its current condition and environment based on your own observations, taking into account the contrasting descriptions provided in the reviews.
- If possible, and if you feel comfortable doing so, attempt to speak with current residents to gain a broader range of perspectives on the living experience at Twilight Mobile Home Park.
The significant disparity between the two available reviews underscores the importance of conducting thorough personal investigation before making any decisions regarding residency at Twilight Mobile Home Park. While one resident describes a good neighborhood with an informative manager in a strong school district, another portrays a park in severe disrepair. Prospective residents need to reconcile these differing viewpoints by seeking current information and conducting a firsthand evaluation of the property.
In conclusion, Twilight Mobile Home Park in Edinburg, PA, presents a mobile home living option with strongly contrasting feedback regarding its environment and upkeep. While it is located in an area with a highly regarded school district and operates on a model where residents purchase their trailers and pay lot rent and utilities, potential residents must carefully consider the concerns raised about the park's condition. Direct communication with the management and a personal visit to the property are essential steps for anyone considering making Twilight Mobile Home Park their home.

Twilight Mobile Home Park Reviews
We drove through this park two days ago. Who owns this dump? The township should enforce the owner movibgvout all the deserted homes, cleaning the place up, and should sell what's left of this place to someone who should build a winery or something. It looks like a homeless camp. Our mother lived here back in the eighties, and it was decent then. I'm sick to my stomach to see this travesty.
Jun 26, 2023 · Toni ReynoldsMy mom lives here. It's a very good neighborhood and the park manager makes sure to keep the tenants informed. You have to buy a trailer, whether it's one in the park or one you want to bring in. All you pay is lot rent and utilities. They are very welcoming and it is in an amazing school district.
