When choosing an RV park, several factors come into play, including the environment, available services, and specific features. Understanding these aspects can help you make an informed decision based on your individual needs and preferences. Arrow Lane Mobile Home Park, while identified as a "mobile home park," may also accommodate RVs, making it a potential option for those searching within the "RV parks near me" category.
Based on recent customer reviews, it's important to approach Arrow Lane Mobile Home Park with a degree of caution. Feedback suggests that the park may currently be facing some challenges related to its infrastructure and management. One reviewer described the park as "underwhelming" and expressed disappointment with several aspects of the property.
Specifically, the review mentioned newly acquired gates that are reportedly not functioning correctly. This could potentially raise concerns about security and ease of access for residents and visitors. Additionally, the park is said to have only one light, leading to very dark conditions at night. Adequate lighting is a crucial factor for safety and comfort in any residential or park environment.
Another significant point of concern raised by the reviewer pertains to the limited options for internet service providers. According to the feedback, the park primarily offers Frontier internet, which is described as "simple internet" rather than the faster fiber optic connections that many modern residents rely on. The lack of alternative service providers means that residents may be restricted to this single option, potentially impacting their ability to work remotely, stream media, or engage in other online activities that require a robust internet connection. The reviewer also noted that many residents rely on antennas for television reception, implying a lack of comprehensive cable or satellite TV options.
Furthermore, the review highlighted a potential issue with communication with the park owners. The customer expressed frustration at having to relay messages through the manager instead of directly contacting the owners. This indirect communication channel could lead to delays in addressing concerns or resolving issues, which can be a significant drawback for residents.
The overall sentiment of the review was strongly negative, with the customer explicitly advising others against considering this park for renting, buying, or even visiting. They suggested that paying extra for a better-maintained park with superior internet services and more direct communication with owners would be a worthwhile investment.
Another very brief review simply stated, "dont go there," "dont rent there," "dont buy, dont even visit people there. Ever!" and "Dont say I didnt warn u." While concise, this feedback echoes the negative experience described in the more detailed review, further indicating potential dissatisfaction among some individuals who have interacted with Arrow Lane Mobile Home Park.
Considering these points, if you are actively searching for "RV parks near me" and are prioritizing factors such as security, adequate lighting, reliable and high-speed internet access, and direct communication with management or owners, it would be prudent to thoroughly investigate the current conditions and services offered at Arrow Lane Mobile Home Park. It may be beneficial to visit the location yourself, if possible, and speak with current residents to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the living environment and management practices.
When evaluating RV parks, it's always recommended to consider a range of factors beyond just the location. These can include the availability and quality of amenities such as laundry facilities, restrooms, showers, recreational areas, and community spaces. The overall maintenance and cleanliness of the park are also important indicators of the management's commitment to providing a comfortable living environment.
For those seeking long-term RV living options, understanding the park's policies on lot sizes, utility hookups (including water, electricity, and sewer), and any restrictions on the age or type of RVs allowed is crucial. Additionally, inquiring about the monthly fees, including any extra charges for utilities or amenities, will help in budgeting and financial planning.
While Arrow Lane Mobile Home Park is listed at the provided address and phone number, the available customer feedback suggests that potential residents should exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence before making any commitments. Exploring other "RV parks near me" in the San Bernardino area might reveal options that better align with your expectations for services, environment, and management.
It's important to remember that online reviews can provide valuable insights but may not always represent the complete picture. However, the consistent negative feedback regarding specific issues at Arrow Lane Mobile Home Park warrants careful consideration. As you continue your search for the ideal RV park, we encourage you to gather information from multiple sources and prioritize your personal needs and preferences to find a community that offers a positive and comfortable living experience.
When looking for "RV parks near me," consider visiting online platforms and directories that specialize in listing RV parks and campgrounds. These resources often provide detailed information about amenities, rates, and reviews from other travelers and residents. Additionally, local tourism websites or community forums might offer recommendations or insights into RV living options in the San Bernardino area.
Ultimately, the best RV park for you will depend on your individual circumstances and priorities. While Arrow Lane Mobile Home Park is an option to be aware of, the publicly available feedback suggests that careful consideration and further investigation are strongly advised before making any decisions.

Arrow Lane Mobile Home Park Reviews
This park is very underwhelming to a point where it makes you sad. A couple months ago they acquired gates that don’t even function properly. It also only has one light so when it’s dark it’s pitch black. Don’t get me started on service providers, why? They technically only have frontier not even fiber just simple internet. I thought the “owners” would have changed that by now but no still stuck with simple internet. Most people in the park have antenna, why again? Because there’s no other service providers. Also there’s also a serious problem , when it comes to contacting the owners of the park. Like why do I have to tell the manager to tell the owners why? It’s very frustrating and yet nothing is being done about it. I wouldn’t recommend this area/park to someone else. I’d rather you pay extra to go to a properly maintained park, where there’s better internet services and good communication with the owners.

Oct 18, 2024 · Alejandro GuerreroLived here 4 years. There is not maintenance person. If you rent you have to fix everything on your own. Have gotten broken into twice. Stole play stations, tvs,. The laundry room has also gotten broken into. The rent checks have also been stolen per management. Very very unsafe neighborhood. Other than that rent is really cheap. Lol
Aug 14, 2019 · Kenia Bazan.Well, we don't have a manager. No one is here to take care of the park.Homeless come is and out as if was thier home. This park it's very unsafe. With the temperature over 100° degrees the swimming pool its closed. The weeds are getting larger and larger. The park does not require the tenants to keep their yards clean. It's like living in a third world country but the park wants to charge new comers 900 dollars a month for rent, they really think this place its worth 900 dollars a month.
Jul 23, 2020 · Benjamin “Chuko” HernandezSkippy the assistant manager, He is a miserable old man who harasses the tenants & guest every chance he gets. This could be a nice mobile home park but this guy makes this place feel like a jail because nobody wants to be outside
