The park can be contacted at (909) 884-1871 or +1 909-884-1871 for inquiries about their policies on RVs and potential availability.
San Bernardino Spa Mobile Home Estates is situated on South Macy Street in San Bernardino. Its location offers accessibility to various local amenities and services within the city. Residents and visitors can find shopping centers, restaurants, and essential services within a reasonable distance. The park's location also provides connectivity to major transportation routes in the San Bernardino area, facilitating travel to other parts of the Inland Empire and beyond.
Publicly available reviews offer a mixed perspective on San Bernardino Spa Mobile Home Estates. One reviewer describes the park as "nice and beautiful" and a "great place to live." This positive initial impression suggests that the physical environment of the park may be aesthetically pleasing to some residents. However, this positive sentiment is significantly overshadowed by serious concerns raised about the park's management.
The same reviewer who found the park "nice and beautiful" immediately follows this by stating it's a great place to live "if you want to be harassed by management." This is a severe accusation and indicates a potentially significant issue for residents. The reviewer elaborates on these concerns, alleging that management "blame you for everything and don’t take accountability or responsibility as maintenance or management." Such claims suggest a lack of responsiveness and support from the management team regarding essential upkeep and resident issues.
Further অভিযোগ include allegations that management "belittle you and are severely disrespectful if you’re not the main name on the rent checks." This points to potential issues with how residents are treated, particularly those who may not be the primary leaseholders. The reviewer concludes this part of their feedback by stating that the management needs to be "removed immediately," underscoring the severity of their dissatisfaction.
The reviewer also provides a specific example regarding parking regulations, stating, "you cannot park your car in front of your house for more than 10 minutes without a threat of it being towed if you’re driveway is empty." This strict and seemingly inflexible parking policy, even when a driveway is available, could be a significant inconvenience for residents and their visitors. The reviewer's personal experience of receiving a towing notice for stopping for 30 minutes further illustrates the perceived rigidity and potential for punitive enforcement of these rules.
Another reviewer expresses even stronger negative sentiments, stating, "If I could give this place zero stars I would." This extremely low rating speaks volumes about their experience or observations. This reviewer was considering purchasing a home within the park but changed their mind after visiting their mother and witnessing firsthand how the managers operate. Their feedback alleges that management has "issues with you" if "you don’t look like them," raising serious concerns about potential bias or discriminatory behavior.
This second reviewer further claims that management "harass people and will give violation after violation yet are not held accountable for anything they do to make it impossible for you to comply with the notices." This suggests a pattern of potentially unfair or unreasonable enforcement of park rules, coupled with a lack of accountability from the management's side. The allegation that management refuses to provide their full names and supervisor information when asked for complaint purposes is also a significant concern, as it could impede residents' ability to address grievances through proper channels.
The reviewer concludes by stating that they grew up in the area and had initially thought the park would be a good place to raise a child. However, after observing the management's behavior, they believe it would be "the worst place to buy a home." They strongly recommend that people seek other housing options until the management is changed to ensure "FAIR management."
Considering the category "RV parks near me," prospective RV residents should carefully weigh the significant negative feedback regarding the management of San Bernardino Spa Mobile Home Estates. While the park's physical appearance may be appealing to some, the reported issues with management practices, including allegations of harassment, disrespect, inflexible rules, and lack of accountability, could create a challenging living environment. It is crucial for anyone considering this park for long-term RV living to conduct thorough due diligence and seek clarification from the management regarding their policies, particularly in light of the serious concerns raised in the public reviews.
If you are considering San Bernardino Spa Mobile Home Estates for your RV living needs, it is strongly recommended that you contact the management directly at (909) 884-1871 or +1 909-884-1871 to inquire about their policies on RVs, availability of spaces, lease terms, and park rules and regulations. It would also be prudent to ask specific questions related to the concerns raised in the reviews, such as parking policies and how resident grievances are handled. Visiting the park in person, if possible, and speaking with current residents (if feasible) could provide additional insights into the actual living environment and management practices.
Given the severity of the negative feedback concerning the management, potential residents should proceed with caution and ensure they have a clear understanding of the park's rules and management approach before committing to a long-term stay. While the park may offer a "nice and beautiful" physical environment, the reported issues with management could significantly impact the overall quality of life for residents. Therefore, thorough investigation and direct communication with the management are essential steps for anyone considering San Bernardino Spa Mobile Home Estates as one of their options when searching for "RV parks near me" in San Bernardino.

San Bernardino Spa Mobile Home Estates Reviews
Honestly the park is nice and beautiful it’s a great place to live if you want to be harrassed by management. they blame you for everything and don’t take accountability or responsibility as maintenance or management. they belittle you and are severely disrespectful if you’re not the main name on the rent checks. They need to be removed immediately. I’ve lived here for almost 10 years and you cannot park your car in front of your house for more than 10 minutes without a threat of it being towed if you’re driveway is empty, however in my case i was stopping for 30 minutes before i left again and got a notice that if i left my car outside of the driveway it would be towed and all expenses would be on me. Management sucks. They’re very condescending especially the men who can’t let you get a word in before making you the problem for things that are their job to maintain and keep up to date with. Fire them all.
Apr 03, 2025 · bella lolaIf I could give this place zero stars I would. I was looking to buy a home within this park until I visited my mom. I got to see first hand how the managers run the park. If you don’t look like them they have issues with you. They harass people and will give violation after violation yet are not held accountable for anything they do to make it impossible for you to comply with the notices. When Brenda and the other manager is asked for their full names and also supervisor information to file a complaint they refuse and said they don’t have to give that information. I grew up here and returned from the Army thinking it was a good place to buy a home and raise my child but after seeing what is done to people who aren’t like the managers I think this would be the worst place to buy a home. I hope people find other places to buy homes until the managers are changed out and you get FAIR management.
Jun 26, 2024 · Karolen BurchettWould never recommend buying a home here. Have lived here since 1998. We no longer have access to amenities we used too. The pool is only open for a few months when it used to be open all year long. The park managers are rude and play favoritism with certain residents. If they don't like you then they try to make your life miserable. When repairs are needed to the property they give lots of excuses as to why they cannot get things done but if they want you to do something you better bend over backwards to get it done immediately.
May 14, 2024 · dawn maximI lived here for a year. The park is really quiet and I feel safe coming home every night. It has a basketball court and pool. Nice. The only reason for the 3 star is the price of the rent. WAY TOO HIGH. This is a 181 unit park. And they want $600 a month? And the rent went up! It's now $625! Sounds like they are greedy. Imagine $50000 a month they collect from all the rent.
Nov 28, 2016 · Gilbert ArciniegaI'll tell you this. This place is a good place to live if you want quite. But some days it is loud. But it's good because it's behind a close fences. What I mean it's a gated community. Everyone knows everyone.
