Orangewood Estates Mobilehome Introduce
If you're a local user exploring senior living options in San Bernardino, California, and perhaps searching within the category of "RV parks near me" for a suitable residence, Orangewood Estates Mobilehome located at 2160 W Rialto Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92410, USA, is a mobile home park that warrants consideration. You can reach them at (909) 885-5703 or +1 909-885-5703 for inquiries.
Based on available online feedback from individuals who have experience with Orangewood Estates Mobilehome, it's important to approach this community with a balanced perspective. While some aspects of the community appear positive, there are also significant concerns raised that potential residents should carefully evaluate.
One former manager of Orangewood Estates Mobilehome explicitly advises against moving into the community. This individual's reasoning stems from their perception of the corporate and regional management's core values, which they believe are not aligned with the well-being of the residents. While specific details are not provided, this strong negative sentiment from someone with an insider's perspective should be taken seriously by prospective residents.
Despite these managerial concerns, the former manager did highlight a positive aspect of the community: the residents themselves. According to this review, the vast majority, approximately 98%, of the residents are described as good and friendly people. This suggests that there is a foundation for a positive social environment within the park, where neighbors are likely to be welcoming and supportive.
However, other feedback presents notable challenges related to the living experience at Orangewood Estates Mobilehome. One resident expressed significant dissatisfaction with the internet service, describing it as not decent. In today's digital age, reliable internet access is often crucial for communication, entertainment, and managing daily affairs, particularly for seniors who may rely on it to stay connected with family and access online services.
Furthermore, this resident raised concerns about the arbitrary closure of amenities that residents pay for as part of their rent. The pool and laundry room were specifically mentioned as examples of facilities that are sometimes closed without apparent consistent reason. Such inconsistent access to amenities can be a significant inconvenience and detract from the overall value proposition of living in the community.
Parking appears to be another major issue at Orangewood Estates Mobilehome. The review states that there is no parking available for residents, with existing parking spaces being reserved for guests. Ironically, these guests reportedly often cannot even access the park due to a gate that is now locked 24/7. This situation forces residents to park on the street, where they claim that car break-ins are a recurring problem. The management's alleged response to this issue – advising residents to park on the street – suggests a lack of adequate support for residents' parking needs and safety concerns.
The same resident also criticizes the management's communication style, describing it as uncaring once rent is paid. They further allege that complaints are often addressed through passive-aggressive notes that treat residents like children. This type of communication can foster a negative and disrespectful living environment, potentially leading to frustration and dissatisfaction among residents.
Considering these points, while Orangewood Estates Mobilehome may offer a potentially friendly resident community, prospective residents must weigh this against the significant concerns raised regarding management practices, unreliable amenities, inadequate parking, and communication issues. If you are seeking a stable and well-managed senior living environment or an alternative to "RV parks near me" that provides consistent services and a respectful management approach, it would be prudent to thoroughly investigate these concerns and perhaps speak directly with current residents to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the living conditions at Orangewood Estates Mobilehome.
Before making any decisions, it is highly recommended to visit the property, if possible, and ask detailed questions about the internet service, amenity availability policies, parking arrangements, and how management addresses resident concerns. Understanding these aspects firsthand will be crucial in determining if Orangewood Estates Mobilehome aligns with your needs and expectations for senior living in San Bernardino.

Orangewood Estates Mobilehome Reviews
I use to manage this place. Honestly, stay away from this place. Corporate and the Regional Manager core values are not for the people. I don't want to get into details, if I were looking for a place to move into, I would Never move in here. Bright side is 98% of the residents are good, friendly people.
Mar 19, 2020 · Daniel TrujilloYou cant get decent internet here and they arbitrarily close the amenities that we pay rent to use such as the pool or laundry room. There's no parking for residents, it is reserved for guests who cant even get through the gate becasue its locked 24/7 now. They tell you to park in the street where cars keep getting broken in to. Management doesn't care once they have your money and any time there are complaints they put out passive aggressive notes addressing us like children. Don't move here.
Apr 18, 2019 · Christine CoronaThe parking situation is terrible for us who live here and pay rent. Most of the parking is for guests and the residents with more than one car have to park outside the gate on the street where the cars get broken into. And management could careless. When we come home from work at night, we have to park on the street and walk passed all the empty guest parking lots. This is very frustrating when it's cold and wet outside. This is just one of the many issues.
Feb 09, 2019 · Zenolia McLeanThis place is looking fantastic. The brand new lighting system is great. The clubhouse and the entire park is so clean. The manager is a very dynamic person.
