The reviewer notes that this situation has persisted for at least a couple of years and questions the management's decision-making. Jun 16, 2024 · James GreenanI know quite a few people that either live here now or have lived here in the past, they took out a "playground" for the kids. For absolutely NOTHING! To add a half of a trailer that does nothing, they moved it there, and there it sits and it's been at least a couple years... What's that say about the management??

Dec 13, 2024 · Bethy HamannGood food and portions for your money. Waitress are polite but their toaster doesn't work the best 😂 so don't order toast? Lol You're order is taken pretty fast as well. And brought to you just about as fast is my experience. I've eaten there quite a few times. Easy to please the customer, like: my toast was darker than I'd like so Bill was adjusted because I wasn't willing to wait for new, my eyes are bigger than my stomach so I was full pretty quickly. Courteous throughout with to go containers and bill as appropriate. Waitress checked to see if I needed anything additional periodically and bill pay was pretty quick, not much of a wait to be seated or pay bill before leaving. Parking is open and wheelchair accessible I believe too. On main drag of Allegan, you can see sign Clearly from road. GPS will bring you right to them.
Aug 30, 2018 · John AnthonyI have lived here almost three years pay for water we can't and haven't been able to drink. Charge me 75 a month for central air and it's broke. Trap cats just cause the landlord don't like cats. The shingles are coming off my trailer and starting to leak told him five months ago still not fixed. Keep in mind I pay 895 a month and nothing gets fixed. DO NOT RENT FROM KJK REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT AT ALL OR ROSS.
