Village Hills RV & Mobile Home Community, situated at 3701 Dickerson Pike, Nashville, TN 37207, offers a dual living environment catering to both RV travelers and those seeking long-term mobile home residency. Located in Nashville, this community provides convenient access to the city's attractions and amenities while offering a community setting for its residents. You can reach them at (615) 868-6666 or +1 615-868-6666 for inquiries regarding availability and services.
The environment of Village Hills RV & Mobile Home Community presents a mixed perspective based on available feedback. One reviewer noted a generally safe neighborhood, which can be a significant factor for peace of mind. However, another review highlighted concerns about the upkeep of the property, specifically mentioning that not all driveways are paved and some areas appear uncared for. This suggests that while the overall location might feel secure, the level of maintenance and aesthetic consistency across the community may vary. Prospective residents are encouraged to visit the property to assess the environment firsthand and determine if it meets their expectations.
Services at Village Hills RV & Mobile Home Community are likely to include essential utilities for both RV and mobile home residents. Typically, RV parks offer hookups for water, electricity, and sewage. For mobile home residents, similar utility connections would be standard. It is important to inquire with the management about the specific services provided, the billing procedures for these utilities, and whether amenities like waste disposal are included in the rental fees. The availability of on-site management and maintenance services should also be clarified. One review mentioned inconsistent maintenance, indicating that the responsiveness and quality of repairs might vary. It would be prudent to discuss maintenance protocols and emergency contact procedures with the park management before making a decision.
Features of Village Hills RV & Mobile Home Community would typically include individual lots for RVs and mobile homes. The size and layout of these lots can vary, and it's advisable to inquire about the dimensions and any specific features of the available spaces. For RV sites, features such as pull-through or back-in access, the amperage of electrical hookups (e.g., 30 or 50 amp), and the availability of water and sewer connections are important considerations for RV travelers. For mobile home lots, the size and any landscaping allowances might be relevant. The review mentioning certain driveways being paved while others are not suggests a potential inconsistency in the infrastructure of the lots.
Community aspects can be a significant feature of RV and mobile home communities. The positive feedback regarding the neighborhood's safety suggests a potentially strong sense of community and security within Village Hills RV & Mobile Home Community. Residents often have the opportunity to interact with their neighbors, fostering a social environment. However, the review also mentioned a perceived bias in how the property is cared for, implying that the sense of community might not be uniformly positive for all residents. It would be beneficial to speak with current residents, if possible, to gain a broader understanding of the community dynamics.
Promotional information for Village Hills RV & Mobile Home Community is not explicitly provided in the given data. To obtain details about current rental rates, security deposits, lease terms, and any special offers, it is essential to contact the park management directly at the provided phone numbers: (615) 868-6666 or +1 615-868-6666. Inquiring about long-term stay discounts for RVers or any incentives for new mobile home residents would also be worthwhile. Additionally, asking about the pet policy, including any restrictions or fees, is important for pet owners.
The review mentioning "horrible" bug issues in the trailers and the grounds is a significant point to consider. While this experience might not be universal, it raises concerns about pest control measures within the community. Prospective residents should inquire about the park's pest management practices and whether any treatments are regularly conducted. Understanding the park's approach to addressing such issues is crucial for ensuring a comfortable living environment.
Another aspect highlighted in the reviews is the perceived inconsistency in property care, with some areas appearing well-maintained while others are neglected. This suggests that the management's attention to upkeep might not be uniform across the entire community. Potential residents should pay close attention to the overall condition of the park during a visit, including common areas, roadways, and individual lots, to form their own assessment.
Despite the mixed feedback, the positive note about the neighborhood being "great" and feeling "very safe" is a significant advantage. Safety and security are paramount concerns for any residential community, and this positive aspect should be weighed against the other concerns raised in the reviews. Ultimately, the suitability of Village Hills RV & Mobile Home Community will depend on individual priorities and a thorough personal assessment of the property and its management.
In conclusion, Village Hills RV & Mobile Home Community in Nashville, Tennessee, offers a location with a seemingly safe neighborhood and caters to both RV travelers and mobile home residents. However, potential residents should be aware of the concerns raised in the reviews regarding inconsistent property maintenance and potential pest issues. Direct communication with the park management at (615) 868-6666 or +1 615-868-6666 is crucial to obtain current information on services, features, pricing, and policies. A personal visit to the community is highly recommended to assess the environment and facilities firsthand before making a decision about residing at this "RV park near me."

Village Hills RV & Mobile Home Community Reviews
Decent rent price but they don't fix ANYTHING unless your buddies with the maintenance guys. Bugs are horrible in every trailer. It's why we moved. Even if you spray or treat they just come back because they are infested in the grounds. If you look only certain driveways are paved and others are very uncared for. They pick and choose who is properly cared for. Great neighborhood though so it's sad that they don't properly care for the trailers, as it seemed very safe.
Jan 29, 2025 · Miya PowellWe travel for my husbands job and we have parked our rv here and it’s been a great place. Safe and they upkeep the property well.
Apr 19, 2025 · Donna HollandGreat neighborhood only issue is all the stray cats drives my dog crazy
Jan 13, 2025 · John FowlerWe stayed in our camper in this park for 6 months and never had an issue. We were a bit isolated from everyone up at the very top of the hill, but the neighbors we did have pretty much kept to themselves and were friendly when we did interact with them. Thanks to Bob and the crew for giving us a pleasant experience!
Sep 27, 2022 · Jon WalderMy mother rented a 2 bedroom trailer from here and it couldn't be more run down. The central ac ducts have massive holes in them causing the house to never cool down and the electricity bill to be 400 or more a month. This caused my disabled mother who only gets about 700 in social security to fall behind. Electricity has to be paid in order to keep the lights on and stove working to make food. The landlord did nothing to fix this till I complained to him when I found my mother passed out on the floor due to heat exhaustion one day. I've been here 6 months and according to the landlord my disabled mother "owes" him 5k. Even though his unwillingness to be a proper landlord and fix things as requested have gone unheard. I myself since I've been here have asked for the bathroom sink to be fixed which leaks. The toilet also continues to run which needs fixed. But the landlord doesn't care that his continued ignorance of his landlordly duties have caused my poor disabled mother to fall behind. Dont rent from here. Unless you got tons of money and if you do get something better someplace nicer trust me.
