For local users in the Goodlettsville, Tennessee area searching for "RV parks near me," Valley View Mobile Home Park, located at 104 Fannin Dr, Goodlettsville, TN 37072, USA, presents an evolving option worth considering. While primarily a mobile home park, many such communities also accommodate recreational vehicles (RVs) for varying lengths of stay. Recent customer reviews indicate a significant positive shift in the management and overall upkeep of the park, suggesting a potentially improving environment for both long-term residents and short-term RV visitors.

Another resident, who resides in a nearby site, echoed this sentiment, describing the "new owner" as a "wonderful person." They further commented on witnessing more improvements in the past year than in all their previous time living there, indicating a tangible effort towards enhancing the overall quality of the park.
While the specific details of the physical environment, such as landscaping, common areas, or the layout of sites, are not extensively described, the emphasis on improvements suggests that the new management is actively working to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the park. Potential RVers might observe ongoing efforts to beautify the grounds and ensure a more pleasant setting. However, without more specific information, it is advisable for interested individuals to visit the location to assess the current environment firsthand.

Jun 27, 2023 · ashley SmithI'm in their #2 site up the road.... The new owner is a wonderful person. I've seen more improvements in the last year than I have the entire time we've lived here. Because we own, we don't get the maintenance team 😪, but I've seen them everyday working to make this place nice.
Mar 08, 2021 · Melissa MGood place to live. Friendly neighbors. Lived here for 4 years. Nice area. Dogs roaming around but its ok. Every trailer park has cats so it's straight. Management kicks people out for No reason sometimes the mexicans party for a while but its ok I love it here
Jun 27, 2018 · 420Fisherman 420FishermanNice trailers... The ones not abandoned. Neighbors are horrible here, stray cats trash every where. People drunk harassing you. Management acts clueless about issues, it's been going down hill for past two years. No peaceful living as advertised by far.l
Jul 19, 2017 · Bmoney2021Neighborhood is full of roaches and cats and they dont do any sort of pest control, they never check your filters each month which burned out my heating unit and almost set my place on fire, overpriced for a dumpy place. So glad im getting out of here
