This established community can be contacted at (253) 872-8264 or +1 253-872-8264 for inquiries about potential availability and services.
When considering a new living situation, especially within a mobile home or RV park, understanding the environment and community is crucial. Willo Vista Mobile Home Estates is situated in Kent, a city in King County, Washington, known for its proximity to Seattle and Tacoma, offering residents access to urban amenities while maintaining a more suburban feel. The location provides potential convenience for those working in or visiting these larger metropolitan areas. Residents may find local shopping centers, restaurants, and essential services within a reasonable distance.
Based on available information, Willo Vista Mobile Home Estates appears to operate under a set of community rules and regulations. One resident review mentions specific rules, such as restrictions on washing personal vehicles while allowing RV washing. Additionally, the review notes a fee for overnight guests, which is a factor to consider for those who frequently have visitors. It's important for prospective residents to thoroughly understand all community guidelines before making a decision.
In terms of services and features, the information available online offers a mixed perspective. One customer review raises concerns regarding infrastructure maintenance, specifically mentioning issues with sewer connections not meeting code, cracked and uneven concrete slabs posing safety hazards, and inconsistencies in groundskeeping, such as selective lawn mowing. These points highlight the importance of on-site inspection and detailed inquiries about the current state of the park's infrastructure and maintenance protocols.
Another significant aspect raised in the reviews concerns management responsiveness and communication. One reviewer expressed dissatisfaction with the management's handling of safety and sanitation concerns, as well as a lack of resolution regarding reported issues. This feedback suggests that prospective residents should prioritize clear communication with the management regarding any concerns or necessary repairs before committing to residency.
Furthermore, the same review mentions challenges with utility services, specifically cable television connectivity, which was attributed to outdated infrastructure. This indicates that potential residents relying on specific utilities should inquire about their reliability and condition within the park.
Financial considerations are also important. One recent resident reported a significant increase in monthly rates shortly after moving in. This highlights the need for transparency regarding all fees and potential rate changes before signing any agreements. Understanding the full cost of residency, including lot rent, utilities, and any additional charges, is essential for budgeting and financial planning.
While one review describes the area as "not a bad little area," the specific concerns raised by other residents regarding rules, maintenance, management responsiveness, and unexpected rate increases warrant careful consideration. It is advisable for individuals considering Willo Vista Mobile Home Estates as a potential "RV park near me" or mobile home living option to conduct thorough due diligence.
This due diligence should include a visit to the property to assess the current environment and condition of the grounds and infrastructure firsthand. Prospective residents should also engage in detailed conversations with the management to address any questions or concerns regarding community rules, maintenance procedures, utility services, and all associated costs. Speaking with current residents, if possible, can also provide valuable insights into the day-to-day living experience within the park.
When searching for "RV parks near me," individuals often prioritize factors such as site availability, hookups (water, electricity, sewer), amenities (laundry facilities, common areas), and the overall sense of community. While the provided information does not detail specific amenities at Willo Vista Mobile Home Estates, these are essential questions to ask during the inquiry process. Understanding what the park offers beyond the basic utilities will help determine if it meets your specific needs and preferences for RV or mobile home living.
In conclusion, Willo Vista Mobile Home Estates in Kent, WA, presents a potential option for those seeking "RV parks near me" or mobile home living. However, based on recent customer feedback, it is crucial for prospective residents to approach this option with careful consideration and thorough investigation. Addressing concerns regarding community rules, infrastructure maintenance, management responsiveness, utility reliability, and financial transparency will be key to making an informed decision about whether this mobile home park aligns with individual needs and expectations for long-term residency.

Willo Vista Mobile Home Estates Reviews
My parents recently moved in. It's not a bad little area. Allot of rules that I think are a little over board. No washing your person vehicles but allowed to wash your RV. Have to pay to have a guest stay they night which is whack. I'm their child who drove 1500 miles and I can't stay without paying. Some residents get away with things while others they are strict about the rules. Besides those down falls it's not a bad place
Jun 06, 2024 · M MThe management has failed to address my concerns over safety and sanitation. She was quick to take my deposit and fees, and after 3 weeks the sewer connection has not been fixed so that it meets code. The concrete slab is badly cracked and heaved up from tree roots. Several times I have tripped over the uneven concrete. I have asked to move to a different space but I was told that there are none available. I look around and see at least a half dozen unoccupied spaces. The grass was mowed today in every other space, but not mine. When I moved in, I tried to connect the cable TV service. The technicians came out twice and determined that the infrastructure is so old that the signal was not strong enough. They were able to make it work after a couple of hours. And to top it all off, within a week of moving in, I received notice that the rates are increasing by $75 per month, a 9% increase.Definitely looking for somewhere else to move where the place is maintained and the management is a lot more pleasant to deal with.

The park is getting run down, the roads are falling apart, the grass never gets mowed, they allow some residents to basically live outside with their junk spread everywhere.Meanwhile, I can't park my 2 cars here yet another resident has 3, one of which is a truck that serves as a 2nd unit with someone living out of it.They just raised rents while providing nothing in upgrades. No improvements to the park have been done, the sidewalks haven't been repaired, the road is still messed up, the campsites are in disrepair. What's the extra rent for?
Oct 10, 2022 · KarenWe drove through the park and were dissapointed at every turn. Dilapidated Mobile Homes scattered throughout the park along with various older RVs did not help it's image. There are Broken concrete slabs, overgrown lawns throughout the park. The buildings housing showers and laundry facilities are very run down. The atmosphere felt unsafe. We would be afraid to stay there.
Oct 12, 2019 · Dar DI'd love to see this place improve, but not likely with who is in charge. Trees need trimming, lots need paving, road needs paving, rules are arbitrary it seems. With a little work this place would be great. Til then.
