The Surrounding Environment and Location Benefits
2 Lovin Bears is nestled in the scenic surroundings of Sevierville, likely offering a mountain environment typical of the region. This central location allows guests to experience the best of both worlds – the tranquility of a cabin retreat with the convenience of nearby activities. While one review mentions that high foliage obscured much of the mountain view, the potential for a beautiful natural setting is inherent in this area of Tennessee.
Insights into Services and Amenities Based on Guest Feedback
Based on the provided customer reviews, there are important considerations regarding the services and amenities at 2 Lovin Bears. One guest reported a strong dog urine smell upon arrival, indicating that pets may be allowed in the cabin. While a deodorizing service was provided, the smell reportedly persisted. This is a crucial point for guests with allergies or sensitivities to pet odors. The same review also mentioned the windows being nailed shut, limiting fresh air circulation, and the presence of fleas on the couch, suggesting potential pest issues. Furthermore, the review indicated a lack of a sponge for dishwashing and a limited supply of thin towels and washcloths. These details are important for guests who plan to cook in the cabin and value adequate linens.
On a more positive note, one reviewer described the place as "awesome" and "so quite and peaceful," indicating that for some guests, the ambiance and tranquility of the location were highlights. This suggests that despite some reported shortcomings, the cabin might still offer a peaceful environment for those seeking a quiet getaway.
It's important to note that the provided reviews offer a snapshot of individual experiences and may not reflect the current state of the cabin or the standard services provided by the management. 2 Lovin Bears Reviews
We were so excited to stay at 2 Lovin Bears cabin. We drove 10 hours from South Florida to walk into a horrible dog urine smell ( We didn’t know they allow pets in the cabin). The following day, Patriot Getaways sent a company to deodorize the cabin, it helped mask the smell a little. We bought air freshener and almost went through an entire bottle in 4 days. Don’t try to open the windows, they’re nailed shut. The fleas on the couch made for an uncomfortable night watching television. They do not provide a sponge to do dishes and only 2 towels and washcloths that are so thin you feel like you’re drying off with a paper towel. The mountain view is listed as “incredible view”. The foliage was so high you could only see a quarter of the mountains. The couch has a rip in it, the microwave had food in the corners and the blinds look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. On a positive note, the location is perfect. It’s conveniently located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
