One reviewer mentioned an expectation of Christmas decorations that was not met upon arrival, indicating that specific requests or promises regarding decorations may not always be fulfilled. The same review also pointed out a perceived lack of adequate cooking supplies, specifically mentioning a limited number of pots and pans. This suggests that guests planning to cook extensively during their stay may need to bring additional cookware to ensure they have everything they need. Furthermore, the review noted that any leftover seasonings or food items are not kept by the property, so guests should plan accordingly and take all belongings with them upon departure.
Several specific features and potential issues were highlighted in the provided review. One significant concern raised was with the upstairs toilet, which reportedly leaks onto a bed in the downstairs double bedroom when flushed. This is a critical maintenance issue that potential guests should be aware of. Another functional problem mentioned was with the dishwasher, which allegedly runs continuously through its cycle and restarts immediately until manually stopped. This could be a source of inconvenience and potential water or energy waste if not monitored closely. The review also noted the presence of mold in the downstairs bathroom, which is a significant health and cleanliness concern for any accommodation. Additionally, there was a discrepancy between the online listing and the actual amenities, with the reviewer stating that there is no pullout couch in the loft, despite it being listed online.

Big bear lodge Reviews
So I recently stayed in this cabin. They were previously asked before months before our trip if they decorated the cabin for Christmas and they told us yes when we arrived, there were no Christmas decorations. There was a tree that looked like it was 50 years old with like 10 ornaments that’s it. There’s hardly nothing to cook with pots and pans wise. Make sure you bring your own seasonings because if anything gets left, they do not keep it. They throw it away, so there is nothing there. Literally nothing be careful with the upstairs toilet because when you flush, it leaks on one of the beds in the double bedroom. When you run the dishwasher, you have to pay attention to it because it will just run cycle through the entire cycle and immediately start over and run again and it will keep doing this until you stop it. There’s mold in the downstairs bathroom online. It states that there’s a pullout couch in the loft there is not.
