Bucks Lake Camp & RV Reviews
Absolutely love this place! This is our second year in a row and we plan to come back every year in the future (even more than onceif we can manage it). The location couldn't be better. The campgrounds are really nice. The toilets are always clean and perfect. They have warm showers which is lovely after a day on the lake. It's really the best place for kids too. They have lots of boating items to lend (peddle boats, canoes etc) so the fun never ends. Can't wait to go back!
Jul 11, 2024 · Nina MillikinNothing better than waking up and looking out your window at the lake! We had a campsite right on the lake and it was beautiful! The campsite was clean, had a picnic table, firepit and water. We backed right in and enjoyed the view. The Camp Store was fun and we grabbed a few toys for our grandson to use at the lake. The clerk was friendly and knowledgeable. We had such a great time our grandson asked to go back!
Aug 13, 2024 · Craig BruceWe've stayed here a few times now and have enjoyed every visit. The campsites are clean and spacious. It is a great place to make memories with family and friends of all ages. I love waking to the sounds of birds singing their morning song, I'll grab a cup of coffee and walk down to the lake shore to watch the geese gliding through the steam rising off the lake. During the day you will here the laughter as young and old splash in the water and see the excitement of a child who just caught their first fish. As the evening approaches you'll smell the campfires as families gather to prepare a meal and share their adventures for the day. Children will toast mashmallows and ramble about how much fun they are having. Grandparents will reminisce about days gone by and retell stories of when they were young. As the sun sets the stars start peeking out slowly covering the sky with a blanket of twinkling light. The moon will rise over the distant trees and dance off the still water of the cove, truly a majestic sight. We are already planning our next adventure at Bucks Lake Camp. I hope you have an opportunity to enjoy all this place has to offer.
Aug 04, 2024 · Rosalie MesserliBucks Lake Camp and RV was such an incredible location and really helpful and sweet camp hosts. They made sure we had what we needed , check on us and always started conversations. We loved the easy lake access and chill vibes. The free canoes and peddle boats were also a plus. The camp was clean and you can tell the hosts are prideful in keeping it that way. The place felt safe and welcoming. We cannot wait to return.
Jul 24, 2024 · Brittany LoftusWhat a gem! We had a wonderful time here. The bay was so lovely and peaceful. Facilities were clean and kept up, esp the showers. (I'm not a very experienced camper, so that was important to me!). Our hosts, Jamie and Karen, couldn't have been friendlier. All around, a great experience!
