Sep 22, 2024 · Joshzi “Joshzi” M.Literally THE best campgrounds that my husband and I have stayed at so far!!! We had a deck for our fifth wheel which was super awesome because we have for dogs. The gravel that they've added to the captains is great because it really cus down on the fort tracked in by or shoes and prevents mud build up around the doors. It is so peaceful, beautiful and quiet here. We stayed for a month and the rate was perfect. We also had a fire pit provided (each individual site has their own provided by the owner). Would highly recommend!!

Aug 17, 2024 · L SCherokee Campground is no frills camping. The owner and staff are very friendly. I would describe the campground rustic. It is a bit loud with some campers playing music but they did adhere to quite hours policy at 11pm. We were okay with that. It has a beautiful creek and a lot of hiking trails at a driving distance. I heard there is Appalachian trail access from the campsite which we will try to hike next time we visit the campground. Overall we enjoyed our weekend and would return for another short stay to explore what's nearby.
