Deer Run Camping Resort Reviews
This was our first visit to Deer Run and we enjoyed ourselves very much! All of the staff members we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The campground was very clean including the bath houses. The location was great; close to the Appalachian trail for hiking and a short drive to Pine Grove furnace. We booked a week for next year in April. Mostly quiet during our week with some increased activity over the weekend.Looking forward to going back!
Apr 29, 2025 · Cathy CostelloMy husband and I stayed in cabin 1 last weekend. We loved it! The check in process was super easy, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The campground was easy to navigate, it's kid friendly, and there are so many things for everyone to do. I would highly recommend camping here. We decided to return this weekend.Oh! They recently put and RC track in. It was fun to sit and watch the races and talk to other spectators.
Apr 23, 2025 · Michelle ReneeThis was our very first voyage with our first trailer. From the moment we arrived, everyone was nice to us and helped us find our way. The site itself was nice and everything worked as it should. We love the fact that it's a dog friendly campground.... It was great seeing all the pups walking around. We have another night booked on 4/25, and a long weekend in August. We plan on booking a few more nights as well!
Apr 21, 2025 · Amy QuarantielloWe had a nice stay, even with the weather being a bit wet, camping is what you make it. It was very welcoming and the facilities were clean, and they always have something fun to do. I felt there was something for everyone. Enjoyable and will definitely be back.
Apr 29, 2025 · Brandi McLaughlinMy 9-year old and I stayed over at Deer Run Camping Resort in a Rustic Cabin for the first day of trout fishing. The cabin was perfect - so clean, so comfortable, and secure! The management and staff were friendly and so accommodating making our stay especially nice. The camp is gated and has so many amenities for the whole family. Will definitely stay at Deer Run Camping Resort the next time we come for a fishing trip or vacation!
