Love this camp ground ! Host is great. Love that it's small and Quite. Has a deep freeze next to the showers which is very convenient. Very welcoming! Have tent camped on a motorcycle and now w our tiny camper. Clean grounds and shower. DONT leave shoes on the ground!
Sep 10, 2022 · P SmithI will never again reserve a site without viewing it. I called and Danny said he would put us on site 10, which was a grassier site, it sounded perfect. When we arrived, he had put us on 13…. It was rocky, not good for tent camping… there was no way we were going to drive stakes into the ground there. We had two small kids with us and the site had a 2-3ft drop off with a retaining wall… thankfully we brought string lights to line the drop off so that no one would miss the ledge when it was dark. I addition, when we arrived, there was car window glass busted and all on the ground… quite unsafe. Danny came by to clean it up, but only dumped the glass in the ditch on the other side of the campsite. That glass it only going to get washed away to everywhere else during a rain storm. And he didn’t clean up all of the glass. We were constantly having to pickup glass on our little walking mat to avoid anyone getting cut or shards going into the tent. The water spigot was in the ground, which I was warned about, but I also swear that Danny told me we could borrow a hose if needed, but he never offered again. They had a spigot and hose on the back of the bathhouse, which wasn’t too far of a walk away, so we made do. He charged us $20 for the site, but online it clearly state that tent sites are $15. The bathrooms were okay, nothing special. I never saw the golf course or pool that they speak of.
Jul 25, 2021 · Angela Schielke10/7/22-10/9/22: We visited from Florida for a family reunion. Danny was a great host, and immediately made us feel welcome by meeting us at our site upon arrival and gave us thoughtfully handwritten directions to places in the area. The campground is clean, with well maintained bathrooms and showers on site, and is surrounded by so much beautiful nature. We had a wonderful time. It was so peaceful and quiet at night as well. We do plan to visit again.
Oct 19, 2022 · Jennifer GiordanoThis was a great place to just get away and relax. It is a very quiet and peaceful campground. The host was super sweet and was wonderful at getting our group all together in consecutive sites. We will definitely be camping here again and have already recommended friends to camp here.
May 15, 2022 · jeepgirl_brennerWe had a great experience. Danny was super helpful and friendly. Bathrooms were clean and well kept. The waterfall nearby was definitely a cool perk!
