Very pour cleaning was told it would be meticulously sanitized and would receive a 5 hour clean. So we paid $300 for someone to refill toilet paper and wash towels but not to wipe the counters or mop the floors the shower heads haven’t been cleaned if ever. Light switches and electrical plugs haven’t been cleaned in awhile. Floors weren’t mopped, the hot tub cover was messed up and we were not informed and had to clean styrofoam out of it to even use it. We emailed them Friday as soon as we arrived and again Monday since we never heard back. Then we’re told that it wasn’t worthy of a refund partially or otherwise even though we asked ahead of time and were told 5 hour clean and meticulously sanitized. This isn’t a 5 hour clean especially when you have to take all the trash out start the dishwasher and bring towels down stairs. All we could tell that they did was wash towels unload the dishwasher maybe clean the toilets and make beds we aren’t even sure they washed the sheets on the beds. The entire house had a inch thick layer of dust! We were told the fridge was cleaned right before we came and was open which is why it wasn’t cold so all our food and ice was melting. They said it takes 24 hours for a fridge to get cold with nothing in it which makes no sense if a fridge/freezer is empty it should still be cold and the freezer should definitely not be warm enough to melt ice. There was even cologne left in one of the bathrooms and water on the floor next to the toilet. There was so much dust everywhere that every time you sat on the couch you could see it flying up and people were constantly sneezing! Pour management and even worse cleaning crew! Definitely not a company I will recommend!
