Jun 09, 2024 · Deborah WalkerHidden gem far away from freeway noise and right on the lake. Huge trees offer shade for both campers and self-contained RVs. Very affordable, quiet and relaxing with fire pits and a very clean park. The hosts were friendly and helpful and I really love this place. I feel like I'm in Jurassic Park because everything is so lush and green.
Jun 08, 2023 · A Divine CanineLove this place to camp. Each camp site has paved driveway for parking. Easy accessible flush toilet bathrooms that are super clean. Looks like they clean them every day. Each campsite has a large fire pit for cooking and heat. Bring lots of wood or buy it along the way. The river is super nice for kayaking and fishing. We sat in the morning and watched the fish jump. How relaxing. Plenty of parking in some sites. Enough for trailer and or Boat parking. Make sure you know the camp hours as they do close at night. If you’re not in by 10 PM you will need to park on the highway and walk in.
Sep 27, 2019 · Kristeen MillettComfortable, Clean, well kept park.We knew that the Reservoir was being drawn down for repairs on the Dam but...Still had a great couple of weeks camping.Note to new users, they do not have showers but they do have flushing restrooms and water spigots near the campsites until October 1st.Always check ahead for the lake water levels!
Sep 22, 2023 · Daniel WestcottBeautiful large and well maintained campground with friendly staff, clean restrooms, very reasonable prices. We didn’t need to book in advance on a weekday, and they came to check us in. Also Swift Reservoir shore and its beach are accessible at a short walking distance. Great place for families and lone nature lovers!
