The first and most striking aspect highlighted by a reviewer is the "Beautiful place" that is Turner Campsites. This immediately suggests an attractive natural environment that appeals to campers seeking scenic surroundings. The specific mention of a campsite "right on the Creek" indicates that the campground offers creek-side locations, providing a potentially tranquil and picturesque camping experience with the soothing sounds of flowing water. This feature could be particularly appealing to those looking for a peaceful retreat in nature.
In terms of services and amenities, the same reviewer details a positive experience with a campsite offering "full hookup," which includes electric, water, and sewer connections. This is a significant advantage for RV campers who rely on these utilities for a comfortable and convenient stay. Beyond the individual campsite amenities and facilities, Turner Campsites offers additional conveniences. The reviewer notes that "They also sell propane," which is a valuable service for RVers and other campers who rely on propane for cooking, heating, or powering appliances. Having propane readily available on-site eliminates the need to travel elsewhere to replenish supplies, adding to the overall convenience of staying at Turner Campsites.

Mar 30, 2025 · Brad FaulknerMe and my wife Sheridan have been here for four years now and could not ask for better people to be around. The surroundings and atmosphere are to die for and The camp host are two of the hardest working people making everyday there pleasant! we are not going no-where.
Jun 21, 2021 · James BratcherSome of the reviews here make no sense at all. Some of the oldest ones are just incorrect. It’s a very nice place to park and the people there will treat you like family in no time. Every parking location I have seen has full hook ups. We are going on 2 years parking our camper there. This not a state park 99% of the people here rent permanent spots for the year. Maybe there are 3-5 empty spots at any given time. They stopped allowing people to walk their dogs on the grounds because there are often children running around and people were not picking up their pets droppings. Walking distance to the Café is nice on those days you decide to just be too lazy to cook. No names mentioned. The running water of the river is peaceful. The motorcycles enjoying the curvy road from Cleveland to Blairsville can be a bit much. Tom and Vickie work very hard with what they are given to work with. Propane is available for purchase on site and unlike Blue Rhino you get a full fill. They have coin laundry and bathrooms with showers. This place works for my wife and me. This type of place is why my wife really wanted a camper. It's her happy place.
