Services and Amenities for a Comfortable Stay
Based on customer feedback, Wild Vines Campground appears to offer a range of services and amenities aimed at providing a comfortable camping experience:
- Clean Facilities: One reviewer specifically mentioned the cleanliness of the campground, which is always a significant factor in ensuring a pleasant stay.
- Essential Needs Covered: The campground is described as having "everything you need in one spot," suggesting that basic necessities and conveniences are readily available. Specific details about these amenities would typically include restrooms, showers (though not explicitly mentioned, they are common), and possibly laundry facilities. It's recommended to confirm the availability of these with the campground directly.
- Well-Spaced Campsites: According to a review, the campsites are "well spread out from each other," offering a good degree of privacy and space for each camping group. This layout enhances the feeling of tranquility and allows for a more relaxed experience without feeling crowded.
- Free Morning Coffee: A notable amenity mentioned by a visitor is the provision of "free coffee in the mornings," a thoughtful touch that adds to the overall hospitality and convenience for campers.
- Accommodating and Friendly Owners: Positive interactions with the owners are highlighted in a review, describing them as "very accommodating & friendly." This personal touch can significantly enhance the camping experience, making guests feel welcome and well-cared for.
It's important to note a couple of specific points raised in the reviews regarding potential costs and policies.
- Firewood Policy and Cost: One reviewer mentioned that outside firewood is not allowed, and campers must purchase theirs from the campground at a rate of $7 per bundle. They also noted that the bundles were "pretty small," and they used about five per day. If you plan on having frequent campfires, this cost could be a significant factor in your overall budget. It's advisable to inquire about the size of the bundles and plan your firewood usage accordingly.
- Alcohol Policy: Another important policy to be aware of is that "no outside alcohol" is allowed on the premises. This means that if you intend to consume alcoholic beverages during your stay, you will likely need to purchase them from the campground, if they offer them. This policy could influence your overall spending and is worth clarifying with the owners before your arrival.
Considering these points, while the daily site fee isn't specified in the provided information, the additional costs for firewood and potential beverage purchases could lead to a total daily expenditure in the range of $80-$100, as mentioned by a reviewer. It's crucial to factor these potential expenses into your camping budget.

Wild Vines Campground Reviews
Beautiful camping spot! Quiet, clean & has everything you need in one spot. Stayed among the grape vines with beautiful rolling hill views. Owners were very accommodating & friendly. Just what we were hoping for our first trip of the season.
Apr 22, 2024 · Kayla MNice campground. A little pricey as you have to use their firewood ($7 a bundle - we used about 5 a day since they are pretty small) and no outside alcohol allowed, so with the site fee, you will spend around $80-$100 a day to stay here. If you are good with that, nice views and campsites are well spread out from each other, as well as free coffee in the mornings, which is a nice amenity.
Sep 21, 2023 · Chicken LittleFantastic camping with the friendliest staff ever. Free coffee 24 hours a day, clean showers and restrooms. They even deliver firewood right to your site. Super comfortable atmosphere and a wine tasting room on site. One of the best camping experiences around.
Sep 01, 2024 · Kevin BromanOur group has come to Wild Vines annually and absolutely loves the site, yet this year the flies were incredibly awful making it very uncomfortable. This year, we specifically requested certain sites which were given away the night before to other campers and we got a site that was not great (we reserved these sites months in advance). Additionally, we were approached by owners at 8:30pm asking us to be more quiet, when quiet hours state they are not enforced until 10pm (we were playing card games). They have a strict no outside alcohol rule which we abide by and were approached by management about this while we all had glasses of the onsite wine in our hands. We feel like every move we make is scrutinized and will likely not be returning.
