Oct 14, 2023 · Johnnie DentonThis place is a hidden gem! It’s a prime location - right between Fredericksburg and Johnson city. There’s so much to do in the area and the hill country is beautiful! We highly recommend staying here if you can find a spot. They raised their prices for the season during our one month stay here and it’s STILL the best deal around!Park hosts, Fred and Charlotte greeted us upon arrival and were so helpful with getting us settled in. We were given lot 2, right next to them. They’re friendly people and they always made us feel welcome. 4B is located right along 290, but it’s just far enough off the road that you can’t hear any road noise! We were allowed to let our dogs roam without a leash in the front area. The cows and horses would often walk up to our trailer. The horses were really sweet. When we had to add on a week, they allowed us to keep our original rate even though they had just raised weekly and nightly prices for the season as I mentioned before. I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting the owner, but my husband interacted with him a couple of times and apparently he’s the salt of the earth just like Fred and Charlotte. We would absolutely stay again if we ever got the chance!
May 04, 2022 · Rachel WardGreat little park, very peaceful and the bird song that started about eight in the morning, was absolutely beautiful! Charlotte was so great on the phone and we met one of the owners, Patrick, that was very welcoming. I definitely recommend this park!
Jun 16, 2022 · Cori CI recently stayed at the 4B Ranch RV park for the second time and I have to rave about this place. The park hosts Fred and Charlotte are amazing. They are so welcoming and helpful. They are there to greet you when you arrive and make sure you are set up and have all your needs met. Fred and Charlotte are very knowledgeable about the area and can recommend lots of great places to see and eat at. The park is in an excellent location and very close to all the winery’s. When we stayed there we visited Fredericksburg, Johnson City, and all the small towns around. There is so much to go do during the day and then come back to the park and settle in for a peaceful evening. I would highly recommend this park for anyone wanting to have a relaxed stay.
Feb 08, 2022 · Donna LandrumGreat hosts and atmosphere! Peaceful location under the stars in the country. The hosts are super-friendly and helpful - don't hesitate to ask them anything! And you get an evening farm parade!
