Aldea Mobile Home Park Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Fort Worth, Texas area, it is essential to thoroughly investigate potential locations to ensure a comfortable and satisfactory living experience. Aldea Mobile Home Park, located at 321 Isbell Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76114, with contact numbers (682) 231-8380 and +1 682-231-8380, has received overwhelmingly negative feedback from its residents following a change in management. This information is crucial for anyone considering this location, whether for RV living (if permitted) or as a mobile home resident.
Multiple reviews paint a concerning picture of Aldea Mobile Home Park under its new management. A significant issue highlighted by several residents is a substantial increase in rent. One reviewer stated that their "rent has gone up $500!" and described the new management as a "total nightmare since they took over," with "rents and requests just keep going up up up." Another resident corroborated this, mentioning that the new management "raised the rent almost double, and added dumb fees to the rent." Such drastic increases in housing costs can place a significant financial burden on residents and should be a major consideration for prospective tenants.
Beyond the rent hikes, residents express dissatisfaction with the management's responsiveness and handling of maintenance and improvements. One reviewer claims that their "requests and demands" are ignored. Furthermore, the community has reportedly been negatively impacted by the ongoing "improvements." For a period of "6 to 8 months," the roads have been torn up for plumbing changes, leaving behind "dirt roads" that turn into "mud," creating difficult conditions for residents navigating the park. The soft ground resulting from this construction is also a significant inconvenience. The reviewer recounts speaking with management about the mud and receiving a "cold shoulder," indicating a lack of concern or action regarding resident complaints.
The management's visibility and accessibility are also criticized. One resident simply states, "The new management sucks. Nowhere to be seen," suggesting a lack of presence and engagement with the community. This can lead to feelings of neglect and an inability for residents to address concerns effectively.
Adding to the list of grievances are complaints about strict and seemingly arbitrary rules. One reviewer mentions, "The management is also strict on the dumbest things. They don't even allow you to have a bicycle outside." Such restrictive rules can significantly impact the quality of life and the sense of freedom within the community.
The management's priorities regarding amenities have also drawn criticism. Residents report that "they destroyed the management office to build a gym there." While a gym could be seen as a positive addition, the fact that it was "built a few months ago, but we still don't have access" suggests mismanagement and a disregard for the timely provision of promised amenities. This further erodes trust in the new management.
The ongoing construction is described as "horrendous" by one resident, who details the negative environmental impacts: "There is dust everywhere, and they have killed all the grass." The disruption and environmental degradation caused by prolonged and poorly managed construction can significantly detract from the living experience.
The state of the roads remains a major issue. Despite being told they are in the "final stages of construction," residents report that the road has not been fixed. The "gravel road is filled with potholes and is just pure dirt," leading to practical problems such as flooding. One reviewer explains, "It floods everytime it rains because they blocked all of the natural drainage with the new curbs they installed. How come they install new curbs, but not a new road?" This highlights a seemingly illogical and ineffective approach to infrastructure improvements, prioritizing certain elements while neglecting essential ones like road repair and drainage.
Basic utilities have also been negatively affected under the new management. Residents report that "the water also goes out constantly," a problem that "never happened until they came here." Frequent disruptions in essential services like water supply can cause significant inconvenience and raise concerns about the management's competence in maintaining the community's infrastructure.
For those specifically searching for "RV parks near me," it is crucial to note that Aldea Mobile Home Park has reportedly shifted its focus away from accommodating RVs. One reviewer states, "They kicked out everyone in RVs to make tiny homes, which are basically trendy mobile houses. The tiny homes rent is more expensive than renting a mobile home before the new management." This indicates that Aldea Mobile Home Park is likely not a viable option for RVers seeking a place to park their vehicles. The management's decision to replace RV sites with more expensive tiny homes further underscores a shift in priorities that does not benefit the existing community or potentially those looking for traditional RV accommodations.
The overall sentiment from the reviews is overwhelmingly negative, with one resident advising, "Don't rent or buy here. The management has basically turned into an HOA," implying a strict and unfavorable regulatory environment coupled with poor service. This strong warning should be taken seriously by anyone considering Aldea Mobile Home Park as a place to live.
In conclusion, based on the consistent and highly critical feedback from residents, Aldea Mobile Home Park under its new management appears to be facing significant challenges. These include substantial rent increases, neglect of maintenance and infrastructure (particularly roads), poor communication and lack of visibility of management, restrictive rules, poorly managed construction leading to environmental issues, unreliable water service, and a shift away from accommodating RVs. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or considering mobile home living in Fort Worth, TX, the information available strongly suggests that Aldea Mobile Home Park is not a recommended option at this time. Prospective residents should seek alternative communities with more positive and stable management and living conditions.

Aldea Mobile Home Park Reviews
Rent has gone up $500! This new Aldea complex has been a total nightmare since they took over, rents and requests just keep going up up up. They ignore our requests and demands. We as the community have been suffering from all of their “improvements”. For the past 6 to 8 months have all of their roads torn up for changes in pumbing. Leaving dirt roads to turn to mud and leaving us to deal with the conditions of the soft ground. I’m currently looking forward to leave this complex soon. I spoke with management about the mud and they gave me the cold shoulder.

Sep 16, 2023 · Daniel CYou want good advice, don't move here. He charges you 1200 per month and they fine you for everything.
Sep 26, 2024 · Gudy GomezNow I know where not to move after everything I saw everyone write something really bad about this place I was looking for a new place close to my parents but not here especially if the rent is sky high
Jun 09, 2024 · Kristy velizHi. Well the old management is now gone. And the new owners have raised the rent on us by 75% they do not care about any of us. Its pay or go. No management or maintenance on sight at all anymore.. So literally what was good now sucks . So don't try to move here. Also there's not one permit to build by the city posted anywhere on this property. So all that they are doing could be completely illegal. Shady..
