Alice's RV Park Introduce
For those searching for "RV parks near me" in the Brewton, Alabama area, Alice's RV Park, located at 344 Jernigan Rd, Brewton, AL 36426, USA, presents a basic and quiet option, particularly suitable for longer-term stays or individuals working in the vicinity. It is important to note, based on customer reviews, that Alice's RV Park is described as a no-frills establishment, focusing on providing a place to park rather than offering resort-style amenities.
One of the consistently highlighted aspects of Alice's RV Park is the owner, who is repeatedly described as "super friendly" and "accommodating." This personal touch and helpfulness can be a significant advantage, especially for those who might require assistance or have specific needs during their stay. The positive interaction with the landlord, as mentioned by one reviewer whose disabled friend owns an RV there, underscores this supportive environment. The owner's willingness to assist residents contributes to the park's welcoming atmosphere.
The environment of Alice's RV Park is characterized as "quiet," making it an appealing choice for those seeking a peaceful and low-key setting. This tranquility can be particularly beneficial for individuals working in the area who need a restful place to return to after their workdays. The mention of being "close to the container" in one review might refer to proximity to industrial or storage facilities in the Brewton area, suggesting its convenience for those whose work is related to such locations.
However, it is crucial for potential visitors to be aware of certain aspects mentioned in the reviews. One reviewer explicitly states, "let's just say this is not any kind of resort. It is literally a few acres of land on which to park if you have nowhere else to go." This candid description sets realistic expectations and emphasizes the basic nature of the park. It suggests that while the park provides a necessary space for RVs, it may lack the developed amenities and landscaping often found in more established RV resorts.
A significant point of consideration for pet owners is the presence of two dogs that run free on the property. While the owner assures that these dogs are friendly, one reviewer, who identifies as "overly dog protective," advises caution. This is an important factor for individuals traveling with their own pets, especially those who are territorial or anxious around other animals. Potential guests with pets should inquire further about the behavior and management of these free-roaming dogs to ensure the safety and comfort of their own animals.
In terms of services and features, the available reviews provide limited information. The focus seems to be more on the basic provision of parking space and the positive interaction with the owner rather than on specific amenities. It is likely that essential hookups such as electricity and water are available, but details regarding sewer connections, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, or recreational areas are not mentioned in the provided feedback. Therefore, those seeking specific amenities should directly inquire with the park management about what is offered.
Given the description as "a few acres of land on which to park," the layout of the park might be more informal compared to organized RV parks with designated and clearly marked sites. This could mean a more flexible arrangement for parking but might also imply less privacy or defined boundaries between sites. Potential long-term residents or those with larger RVs should discuss site availability and suitability with the owner.
The review mentioning a disabled friend who owns an RV at Alice's RV Park and the landlord being "helpful" and "friendly" suggests that the park might be accommodating to individuals with specific needs. This personal care and attention from the owner can be a significant benefit, fostering a sense of community and support within the park.
As there is no specific promotional information available in the provided reviews, potential local users should contact Alice's RV Park directly at (251) 727-1025 or +1 251-727-1025 to inquire about current rates, availability, and any long-term stay discounts or other special offers. Speaking directly with the owner will also allow for clarification on the park's amenities, pet policies, and any other concerns based on the information gathered from the reviews.
In conclusion, Alice's RV Park in Brewton, AL, offers a quiet and basic parking option with a notably friendly and accommodating owner. It appears to be particularly suitable for long-term stays and those working in the local area. However, potential guests should be aware that it is not a resort-style park and should take note of the presence of free-roaming dogs on the property, especially if traveling with pets. For those prioritizing a peaceful environment and a helpful landlord over extensive amenities, Alice's RV Park could be a viable option. Direct contact with the owner is recommended to obtain detailed information and to ensure it meets individual needs.

Alice's RV Park Reviews
So- let's just say this is not any kind of resort. It is literally a few acres of land on which to park if you have nowhere else to go. The owner is super friendly and accommodating but I would have turned around at the entrance to the place if I had had another option. PET WARNING: There are 2 dogs that run free on the property. Owner says they are friendly- but if you are overly dog protective, like me, you don't take chances with your own dogs.... just saying.
