While the reviews provide a good overview of the park's ambiance and affordability, they are somewhat limited in detail regarding specific services and features. To provide a more comprehensive introduction for local users, it would be beneficial to have more information on the following aspects:
- The types of RV hookups available: Are there full hookups (water, electricity, sewer), or are there partial hookups (e.g., water and electricity only)? What are the amperage options for electrical hookups (e.g., 30 amp, 50 amp)?
- The layout and size of the RV sites: Are the sites pull-through or back-in? What is the typical size of a site, and can they accommodate larger RVs? Is there spacing between sites?
- Additional amenities: Besides restrooms and laundry, are there other facilities such as showers, a dump station, Wi-Fi access, picnic tables, or fire pits?
- Recreational opportunities: While described as a quiet country setting, are there any specific recreational activities available on-site or nearby, such as hiking trails or fishing spots?
- The surrounding area: What is the proximity to local attractions, restaurants, or essential services in Castleberry, Alabama? Is it conveniently located for travelers passing through the area?
- Specific policies: Are there any specific rules or regulations regarding pets, quiet hours, or check-in/check-out procedures?
- Promotional information: Are there any discounts for longer stays, seasonal specials, or other promotional offers available to local users or travelers?
Despite these missing details, the consistent themes of a quiet, natural environment and affordability, coupled with positive mentions of cleanliness and the owner's friendliness, paint a favorable picture for those seeking a simple and peaceful RV camping experience in the Castleberry area. Country Sunshine RV Park Reviews
No bells and whistles...it is a quiet country setting with towering pecan trees. Restrooms and laundry were clean. The crickets and frogs were serenading the sunset. Very affordable $40
Jun 24, 2024 · Gwen WesterNice place to stay for a night or two if you don't care for the frills and glamour. My fur babies had a chance to get out and run some energy off. $25 a night is a great price. The lady that owns it is extremely nice. Would stop here again next time I'm traveling through this area.
Aug 19, 2020 · Shannon HuckebaThis is such a nice little campground. It only has about 10-15 sites. No one was here to man the site but we left our $25 in the overnight drop box. Later the owner came to check in on everyone. $25 for full hook up is a great deal.
May 27, 2021 · Shelly JohnsonI enjoyed staying there.Nice and quiet and they have a hot shower and washer/dryer.The owner was very friendly. I recommend stopping there over any place else.
May 15, 2020 · Wilson EadyNice quiet place. Nothing fancy. It does have a washer and dryer and full hookups. There are many stckers in the grass so don't go out barefoot!
