Alpine Meadows Estates Introduce
Located at 200 10th St, Gold Bar, WA 98251, USA, Alpine Meadows Estates presents a mobile home park that has recently undergone significant changes in management, impacting the experiences of its residents. For local users exploring 'RV parks near me' or considering long-term living options in the Gold Bar area, understanding these recent developments and the diverse perspectives of current and former residents is crucial for making an informed decision.
One former resident's review paints a negative picture of the park under previous management. According to this account, the former manager was described as "horrible" and allegedly allowed her teenage children to engage in inappropriate behavior without consequence, while simultaneously being overly critical of residents for minor infractions. Additionally, this review highlights a policy where tenants were responsible for mowing the grass and weeds around their units, suggesting a lack of comprehensive maintenance provided by the park.
The same review further details the transition to a new property management company, WGP Property Management, which acquired Alpine Meadows Estates in 2024. Following the change in ownership, the onsite manager was promptly terminated. However, this transition was accompanied by significant financial changes for the tenants, including an increase in space rent and the introduction of charges for water usage, along with a $63.00 monthly connection fee imposed by the city that was passed on to the residents. The reviewer alleges that these new charges were in violation of existing lease agreements, which purportedly stipulated that water charges were the responsibility of the owner.
Expressing dissatisfaction with these changes and the management's handling of them, the former resident stated that they moved out and made a written demand for their security deposit and the allegedly unlawful charges. However, they reported receiving no response from WGP Property Management at the time of their review, leading them to strongly advise others to "Avoid this place!!" This negative account raises serious concerns about the management practices and financial obligations at Alpine Meadows Estates under the new ownership.
In contrast to this negative experience, another, seemingly more recent, review offers a considerably more positive perspective on Alpine Meadows Estates under the new management. This reviewer describes the park as a "nice and secure place," indicating an improvement in the overall environment. They specifically commend the new management for being "very good at keeping up the park and helpful," suggesting a positive change in the maintenance and upkeep of the community.
This positive review further notes that the new manager is willing to work with residents to create a "clean and safe environment," implying a collaborative approach to community well-being. The reviewer also mentions that the rates are "reasonable" and praises the manager for being "empathetic and non discriminatory," highlighting positive interpersonal qualities and fair treatment.
One of the most appealing aspects mentioned in this positive review is the quiet atmosphere of Alpine Meadows Estates. This can be a significant draw for individuals seeking a peaceful living environment among 'RV parks near me' or mobile home communities. Additionally, the reviewer specifically praises the maintenance man, Zach, for being "so helpful" and describes the overall community as "friendly and all-inclusive," suggesting a positive and supportive social environment.
Considering these contrasting accounts, the environment and management of Alpine Meadows Estates appear to have undergone a significant transformation with the change in ownership in 2024. While the negative review highlights potential issues related to financial changes and alleged violations of lease agreements immediately following the acquisition, the positive review suggests improvements in park maintenance, management responsiveness, and the overall community atmosphere.
Regarding services and features, the information available is somewhat limited. The negative review mentions the past policy of tenants being responsible for lawn maintenance. The positive review implies that the new management is proactive in maintaining the park. Beyond this, there is no specific mention of typical RV park amenities such as hookups, laundry facilities, communal spaces, or recreational areas. The focus of the reviews is primarily on management practices, the overall environment, and the sense of community.
For local users specifically searching for 'RV parks near me', it is important to note that Alpine Meadows Estates is identified as a mobile home park. While some mobile home parks may accommodate RVs on a short-term or long-term basis, it is crucial to inquire directly about their policies regarding RVs, the availability of suitable sites, and the amenities offered to RV travelers. The reviews do not explicitly state whether RVs are a significant part of the community or if it primarily caters to mobile homes.
Given the mixed feedback, any promotional information would be difficult to ascertain. The positive review could be seen as an indirect promotion, highlighting the improvements under new management and the positive aspects of living in the community. However, the serious allegations in the negative review serve as a strong cautionary note.
For local users considering Alpine Meadows Estates for long-term living or as a potential 'RV park near me', it is strongly recommended to conduct thorough due diligence. This would include contacting the management directly to inquire about current rates, policies, amenities, and the status of any past disputes or legal issues. Visiting the park in person to assess the current conditions and speak with current residents (if possible) would also be a prudent step.
To obtain the most up-to-date information and address the conflicting accounts from the reviews, interested individuals should contact Alpine Meadows Estates directly at (360) 793-2341 or mobile phone +1 360-793-2341. Asking specific questions about RV accommodations (if applicable), lease terms, water charges, maintenance responsibilities, and the management's response to past concerns will be essential in forming a comprehensive understanding of the current situation at Alpine Meadows Estates.
In conclusion, Alpine Meadows Estates in Gold Bar, WA, appears to be a community undergoing significant changes following the acquisition by a new property management company in 2024. While past residents reported negative experiences with the previous management and raised concerns about new charges implemented by the current management, more recent feedback suggests improvements in park maintenance and management responsiveness, along with a quiet and friendly atmosphere. However, prospective residents, particularly those with RVs, should conduct thorough research and direct inquiries to the management to ensure it meets their needs and expectations.

Sep 19, 2021 · Laurie Parker CorbinoPark is clean to look at and on the few times I've been there it seems peaceful.... however I've been told by several past and current tenants it's always a problem getting management to address arising or continuing problems such as problems with the water and sewer and kids teens leaving there trash all over.Water & sewer are part of your lot rent and take priority when it comes to maintenance per every tenants lease I would be concerned to lease from them considering the time it's taken to address the W/S problem unfortunate because it looks like a decent park just driving through.
Jul 25, 2022 · Letha SwansonIf you're a prospective home buyer, do yourself a favor and sort the reviews by new. They speak for themselves. From a tenant of over 7 years, what would have been an easy recommendation before. Has turned into a 'hard pass', since WGP properties bought the place.
Jun 27, 2023 · ErikThe current estate manager hates me because because she bumped the back of my bike last year, i got over it and it was not a big deal, but i called her out for it a while back, so she "banned me". Like bro, the sign says "residents and invited guests only" i was with a tenat today and i was walking home with a friends when she confronted me. She said i flipped her off, which i did and know it was rude, but that was a while ago. So melissa, i have another way into the creek that does not involve me going through the estate area i am "banned" from
