Terrible communication from management. Will come by and make changes to property without notifying you. Constantly monitored by camera to see if you're home or not, including who is visiting you. HR is there for management, not for tenants, regardless of complaints.

Everybody is very friendly. The location of the park is above the valley so we get a great breeze. The best part is we are far enough from the city to feel like we are in the country, but close enough to be able to make quick trips to stores, restaurants or anything else. Maria, the manager has done such a beautiful job maintaining this park as well as being polite, and professional. She is doing her best to keep our park safe. Bad reviews for this park only come from people who don't like to follow the rules of keeping the community clean and safe. The park manager is very informative and helpful. She is doing her job by keeping every resident to live in a quite and safe community.
Mar 03, 2024 · Suzan Al SakkaEverybody who has written a 1 star review or a saying anything horrible is someone who loves to not follow rules or even likes to complain about how they are targeted by the manager. I lived there for a good while and all the problems that happened with Space 36 that loves to cause issues make a mess about areas that don't convey to her as well as Space 2 parking on the street when they know that parking isn't allowed on the streets. Most of the bad reviews are from people who don't live here and are family members who just hear the bad side of stuff that happens (from their family members' point of view). These are tactics that are completely unnecessary trying to get rid of Maria from the excellent job she is doing. She told me that when she arrived to be the manager for the mobile home park, there used to be a really bad drug problem and gang activity that it never was safe for anybody to be outside. Since she has arrived, that park is much safer for people to live here. There are only a select few people who hate it bc they have forgotten that they don't own the lot, just the home. This means she has every right to be on the property, just not in the home. For anybody wondering which Space I lived in it was Space#9 across from where Norman used to live (Space #8) and its actually the house that Ms. Helen used to live in.

It's hard to make it a better place to live when there are certain tenants that hoard animals and then let them roam free on the property, putting them in danger of getting hit by cars or eaten by coyotes, not treating them when they're injured, also making the park overrun with animals just hanging out
Jan 28, 2024 · tam craigMoved here over ten years ago. We may have overpaid for our (new at the time) dwelling during the peak of the housing market in 2006, but don't regret moving here. We've had a few nuisance neighbors over the years, but they've all been weeded out by park management. We live in a mostly quiet park, no crime, no deadbeats, beautiful sunsets and a cold pool during the summer. This community is located on the fringe of civilization, just far enough east to be tranquil (aside from the occasional fire truck), but located within a quick distance to the freeway. I commute to national city daily and it's only thirty or so minutes. Space rent is reasonable, park management isn't always riding you, you have annual inspections and get occasional notices for weeds or random things they frown upon being stored in your carport, but overall way better than any apartment living. There's just enough guest parking for friends to come over and we plan to be here until we can afford a home on private property. If you're looking to live in a manufactured home, I would recommend this park.
