Augusta Estates Mobile Home Introduce
For local residents in Augusta, Georgia, and the surrounding areas exploring options under the category "rv parks near me" for potential long-term accommodation that offers a sense of community and a well-managed environment, Augusta Estates Mobile Home, located at 2526 Milledgeville Rd, Augusta, GA 30904, presents an interesting case based on recent resident feedback. While primarily a mobile home park, such communities can sometimes accommodate RVs for extended periods, particularly for those seeking a more stable and community-oriented living situation. The provided phone number, (706) 738-8602 (also accessible as +1 706-738-8602), serves as the primary point of contact for local inquiries about residency, availability, and the park's policies on accommodating RVs, if any.
The environment of Augusta Estates Mobile Home, according to resident reviews, presents a somewhat contrasting picture. One reviewer used the term "ghetto" but immediately followed it by noting that the park is "very quiet and peaceful," and that "everybody tries to keep their place clean." This suggests a community where residents take pride in maintaining their individual spaces despite perhaps facing some broader aesthetic or socioeconomic challenges. This reviewer's perspective highlights a potentially understated but valued aspect of the park: a sense of quiet and neighborly responsibility towards cleanliness. Another resident offers a more unequivocally positive view, describing their experience of living in Augusta Estates Mobile Home Park as "great" and expressing strong appreciation for the park manager, Ms. Kathy. This positive review emphasizes the park's beauty, peacefulness, and, most importantly, safety, attributing these qualities to Ms. Kathy's "strict rules and regulations." The reviewer believes that without this management, the park could have deteriorated, and they highly recommend the mobile home park as a safe environment, even for raising children.
In terms of services and amenities, the reviews offer limited direct information but provide insights into the management's role in maintaining the community standards. The strong emphasis on rules and regulations by the park manager, Ms. Kathy, suggests a proactive approach to ensuring a certain quality of life within the park, focusing on cleanliness and safety. While specific amenities like laundry facilities, recreational areas, or communal spaces are not mentioned, the positive review implies that the essential services and the overall management contribute to a positive living experience for at least some residents. For those considering bringing an RV for a longer-term stay, it would be crucial to inquire about the availability of hookups (water, electricity, sewer), the size and suitability of lots for RVs, and any restrictions or guidelines specific to RV residents. The fact that it is a mobile home park suggests that the infrastructure is primarily designed for manufactured homes, but long-term RV spots might exist or be accommodated under certain conditions.
The features of Augusta Estates Mobile Home appear to be strongly tied to its management and the sense of community fostered among residents. The emphasis on strict rules and regulations, as highlighted by one reviewer, suggests a commitment to maintaining a certain standard of order, cleanliness, and safety within the park. This could be a significant draw for individuals or families prioritizing a stable and secure living environment. The quiet and peaceful atmosphere, despite the initial "ghetto" descriptor, indicates a community where noise levels are generally low, contributing to a more relaxed living experience. The fact that residents seemingly take initiative in keeping their individual places clean suggests a level of community pride and respect among neighbors. For those considering a longer-term stay in an RV, the potential for a well-managed and relatively quiet community could be appealing, especially if traditional RV parks in the area primarily cater to short-term travelers. The proximity to Milledgeville Road in Augusta also implies access to local amenities and services within the city.
Promotional information is not directly available in the provided reviews. Local users interested in Augusta Estates Mobile Home, particularly those exploring "rv parks near me" for long-term options, should directly contact the provided phone number, (706) 738-8602. Key inquiries should focus on whether the park accommodates RVs for long-term stays, the availability and type of utility hookups suitable for RVs, the size and layout of potential RV lots, and the associated monthly or long-term rates. It would also be important to understand the specific rules and regulations that would apply to RV residents, including any restrictions on the age or type of RV allowed. Additionally, asking about the overall community atmosphere, security measures in place, and any amenities available for residents would help in making an informed decision. Given the positive feedback regarding the park manager, Ms. Kathy, it might be beneficial to speak with her directly to get a comprehensive understanding of the park's policies and the living experience it offers. Visiting the park in person could also provide valuable insight into the environment and the community feel.
In conclusion, Augusta Estates Mobile Home in Augusta, Georgia, presents a mobile home park with notable characteristics of quietness, a sense of community where residents strive for cleanliness, and a strong, regulation-focused management praised for maintaining a beautiful, peaceful, and safe environment. Jan 10, 2025 · Jessica Elizabrth MartinezLiving in Augusta estates mobile home park has been a great experience I love it here! I highly appreciate the park manager Ms.Kathy! Ms.Kathy has strict rules and regulations thanks to that I strongly believe that our park is beautiful, peaceful and more importantly SAFE! I appreciate Ms.Kathy if it wasn't for her commitment and dedication I'm sure our park would end up looking like some I seen around here all trashed up and I would definitely not live in a place like that much less raise my children in an environment like that! I highly recommend this mobile home park😊
Oct 02, 2023 · Jessica DiazI don't like the fake want to be cops that ask for your ID at the front gate. I just give them my concealed weapons permit. Then they ask if I have a gun in my car. What do you think?I didn't pay for the permit to not use it. Lol

Mar 19, 2024 · Shaquan WilliamsDriving through this place is a tragedy. It's the raggediest dump I've ever seen. Who ever own these mobile homes need to be brought up on charges by the city of Richmond county because I know there are a lot of code violations here in this place
