Reasonable Living Introduce
For individuals exploring long-term living options in the Hephzibah, Georgia area, and considering communities that might fall under the broader search category of "RV parks near me" (often including mobile home parks offering extended residency), Reasonable Living, located at 3614 Deans Bridge Rd Lot 12, Hephzibah, GA 30815, USA, presents a complex picture based on the available online customer reviews. While some positive aspects are mentioned, significant concerns regarding maintenance, management, safety, and value for money are also raised, necessitating a cautious approach for potential residents.
One reviewer initially noted "nice remodel trailers" and described their first trailer as "the best trailer I have ever stayed in," highlighting it as a "peaceful and quiet place." This suggests that some of the accommodations at Reasonable Living may indeed be well-maintained and offer a pleasant living environment. This positive experience, however, seems to be an exception rather than the norm based on subsequent feedback from the same reviewer.
The same reviewer then details a starkly contrasting experience after moving into another trailer within the community. This second trailer reportedly suffered from "leaks, sewage smell, black mold, electrical problems potential fire hazards." These are extremely serious maintenance issues that pose significant risks to the health and safety of residents. The reviewer also alleges slow response times for repairs, stating that it took "3 months to check our Electrical problems." This lack of prompt action on critical maintenance issues is a major concern for the habitability and safety of the homes.
Further criticism is directed at the management, with the reviewer describing the property manager as "rude and thinks she knows it all." Poor management can significantly impact the quality of life in any residential community, leading to frustration and unresolved issues for residents. The reviewer also recounts a disturbing incident during a storm where there was reportedly "no way out" of the community until a tragic event occurred – the death of a resident. The implication is that emergency access or egress may have been inadequate or poorly managed. The subsequent restrictions on parking further added to the distress of the situation. The reviewer's overall assessment is highly negative, concluding, "I'm glad I left that place terrible management."
Another reviewer provides a broader characterization of Reasonable Living, describing it as "a stereotype trailer Park that is full of vacant trailers that are in different states of disrepair, ultimately lowering the property value of the nearby homes." This paints a picture of a community struggling with upkeep and potentially a high number of unoccupied and deteriorating properties, which can negatively impact the overall environment and appeal of the park. The presence of numerous vacant and dilapidated trailers can also raise concerns about safety and security within the community.
Adding to the negative assessment, this second reviewer mentions contacting the management out of curiosity and discovering that they "want condo rent for trash living." This strongly suggests that the perceived value for money at Reasonable Living is poor, with the management allegedly demanding high rental rates despite the substandard living conditions and the overall state of disrepair within the park. This discrepancy between cost and quality is a significant deterrent for potential residents seeking affordable and reasonable housing.
Given these overwhelmingly negative reviews, it is difficult to identify any positive features or services at Reasonable Living beyond the mention of "nice remodel trailers" in one instance. Information regarding standard mobile home park amenities such as lot sizes, utility hookups, community facilities (e.g., laundry, recreational areas), pet policies, and park maintenance is absent, likely overshadowed by the more pressing concerns raised by former residents.
For individuals searching within the "RV parks near me" category for long-term living in Hephzibah, GA, Reasonable Living appears to present significant risks. The allegations of serious maintenance issues like leaks, sewage smell, black mold, and electrical problems, coupled with concerns about management rudeness and slow response to critical repairs, should give any prospective resident pause. The description of the park as having numerous vacant and dilapidated trailers further contributes to a negative overall impression.
The reported demand for "condo rent for trash living" suggests that the cost of residing at Reasonable Living may not be justified by the quality of the accommodation or the living environment. This poor value proposition, combined with the safety and health concerns raised, makes it a potentially undesirable option for long-term housing.
Potential residents who are still considering Reasonable Living despite these reviews are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence. This should include a physical visit to the property to assess the conditions firsthand, meticulous inspection of any available trailers for the issues reported (leaks, mold, electrical problems), and direct and detailed questioning of the management regarding their maintenance protocols, emergency procedures, and rental costs. Speaking with current residents, if possible, to gain their unfiltered perspectives on living in the community would also be invaluable.
In conclusion, while Reasonable Living in Hephzibah, GA, may offer some remodeled trailers, the overwhelming feedback from online reviews points to significant concerns regarding poor maintenance, rude and unresponsive management, potential safety hazards, and a poor value for money. The description of the park as a "stereotype trailer Park" with numerous vacant and dilapidated units further detracts from its appeal. For those searching for "RV parks near me" for long-term living, it would be prudent to thoroughly investigate these serious allegations and consider other options in the Hephzibah area before making a decision to reside at Reasonable Living.

Reasonable Living Reviews
Nice remodel trailers. The best trailer I have ever stayed in. It's a peaceful and quiet place. We moved into another trailer it had leaks sewage smell, black mold, electrical problems potential fire hazards, slow on getting things fixed, it took 3 months to check our Electrical problems. They want the rent to be paid and not fix things promptly. The property manager is rude and thinks she knows it all. And doing the storm we had no way out, but then we found out we had a way out. That is because a man died. I spoke to him the day before. He told me that he had to go to dialysis. He missed it. He died the next morning. So that's when she said we could come out but couldn't park back by our trailer. I believe if he hadn't died we would be without a way out. I have pictures. I'm glad I left that place terrible management

Jun 07, 2024 · Joel CarpenterLiving here has truly an redneck adventure. They won't put me a washer and dryer outlets, we live on top of septic tanks, yes TANKS. Sewage under trailer, fixed that problem, put up under penning. So county inspector didn't see. I asked to move , they are not doing that. So maintenance and management sucks. But the neighbors are great.
Sep 27, 2022 · Barbara MainesRedneck/ghetto trailer park. Lock your doors and don't forget your gun. I check on a friend who currently lives there helping to find a better place to live. I've already been asked twice if I want to buy drugs. I saw a used needle in the street as well right where I see some kids playing basketball (of course). Great place to live and raise your family! Wonderful neighbors who you can trust!
Dec 31, 2022 · I'm Just DavidThey honestly don't even deserve 1 star. Horrible place. Definitely would not recommend!Edited to add that I don't live there, but have visited and every trailer in the park looks run down.
