Morgan Meadows Community Park Introduce
While our platform primarily focuses on connecting users with "RV parks near me," we recognize that individuals often explore various housing solutions in their local area. In this context, we aim to provide an objective introduction to Morgan Meadows Community Park, a mobile home park located at 18125 MacArthur Dr, North Little Rock, AR 72118, USA. For those seeking long-term residential options beyond temporary RV stays, understanding the characteristics and community aspects of mobile home parks like Morgan Meadows can be beneficial. You can reach them at (501) 851-9009 or +1 501-851-9009 for any direct inquiries.
It's important to approach the introduction of Morgan Meadows Community Park with objectivity, especially considering the limited and concerning nature of the publicly available reviews. The feedback from individuals who have attempted to engage with the park's management presents a critical perspective that potential residents should carefully consider. These reviews highlight significant issues regarding professionalism and potentially discriminatory practices.
One review details an interaction with an individual named Jeff during an application submission. The potential resident, relocating from out of state, described being abruptly cut off and subjected to what they perceived as an "inappropriate and unprofessional" line of questioning about their bank account balance. This individual expressed concerns about the legality and overall disrespectful nature of such an inquiry before any formal paperwork was even presented. This negative experience led the applicant to seek and find accommodation elsewhere, underscoring the potential impact of initial interactions with park management.
Another review raises serious allegations of discriminatory practices. This individual stated that their application for their parents, who are fully disabled and require round-the-clock care, was denied based on a stated policy against "joint living." The reviewer asserts that this policy, in their specific situation involving the care of disabled parents, constitutes discrimination and that their legal counsel has advised them accordingly. This is a grave concern, as fair housing laws are in place to protect vulnerable individuals and ensure equal access to housing opportunities. Such allegations should prompt potential residents to thoroughly investigate the park's policies and their adherence to legal standards.
Given the nature of the available reviews, it is challenging to provide a detailed overview of the park's environment, services, and features based on positive feedback. The absence of comments describing well-maintained grounds, community amenities, or positive interactions with residents leaves a significant information gap. Typically, introductions to residential communities would include details about lot sizes, landscaping, communal facilities (such as clubhouses, laundry rooms, or recreational areas), and any specific services offered (like maintenance or security). However, the current public feedback does not offer insights into these aspects of Morgan Meadows Community Park.
Therefore, in the interest of providing an objective introduction based solely on the available information, it is crucial to emphasize the serious concerns raised by potential residents in their online reviews. These concerns revolve around unprofessional and intrusive management behavior and allegations of discriminatory housing practices. These issues could significantly impact the living experience within the community and should be a primary consideration for anyone contemplating residency at Morgan Meadows Community Park.
Without further positive or descriptive feedback regarding the park's physical attributes, community atmosphere, or available services, it is impossible to offer a balanced portrayal. The existing reviews serve as critical warnings that prospective residents should not ignore. It would be prudent for anyone considering Morgan Meadows Community Park to conduct thorough due diligence, including attempting to speak with current residents (if possible) and directly addressing the concerns raised in the reviews with the park management. Understanding the park's policies on joint living, application processes, and overall management approach is essential before making any decisions about residing there.
In conclusion, based on the limited and negative information available online, Morgan Meadows Community Park in North Little Rock, AR, appears to have faced significant issues regarding its management's professionalism and adherence to fair housing principles. Potential residents are strongly advised to exercise caution and conduct thorough independent research to ascertain whether this community aligns with their housing needs and expectations. The lack of positive feedback regarding the park's environment, services, and features, coupled with the serious allegations raised in the reviews, necessitates a cautious and diligent approach to considering Morgan Meadows Community Park as a long-term housing option.

Morgan Meadows Community Park Reviews
Clearly by reading other reviews, this place hasn't changed. I went in to submit an app in person to Jeff. Attempting to explain my relocation from out of state, I got cut off and told, "I don't need a bunch of BS" and directly put on the spot about how much money I had in the bank. It was not only Inappropriate and unprofessional but I'm curious how legal it is to put someone on the spot about their bank account balance before ever seeing paperwork of any kind. When you treat people like a vagrant, this is the result. Thank Jeff for this review... It led me to a same day approval at a different property.
Mar 15, 2025 · Lindsay BurkettSaid they don’t allow joint living and they are my parents and fully disabled and require round the clock care i do not need legal documents to support that my lawyer has already said that it’s discrimination at this point
Mar 17, 2025 · UKNOWNI lived here before and moved. But 4 yrs ago we bought a mobile home here and we love the quiet and the grounds are well kept and no crimes here. They stay on top of anyone breaking rules. Would definitely recommend it. Even the kids behave here!
Oct 26, 2023 · Christine StephensMy husband and I were given the run around while trying to get a home here. The "lady" in the front office took my application without asking for identification or proof of income. We met ALL qualifications and were not approved by the owner whom she stated does the application processing. I, kindly, asked for the owner's information and she refused, stating that he would not speak with me. I honestly believe that she knew that she didn't want us living there when I turned in the application, for obvious reasons if you get my drift. Anywho, after a county records search, I found that RICK D. HENDERSON is the owner and he also owns APPLE TREE SERVICE, which also has bad reviews. Thanks for actually doing us a favor, as I would hate to live around and give my money to incompetent and prejudiced bigots, anyways. Thanks. ✌🏿
Mar 03, 2020 · Adrianne AbrahamReally I give them no stars but I had to pick one! I applied, I over qualify, all to be turned down with no explanation. They never called any of my references to verify anything, when I called I got the maintenance man. Then I call today and I was told the owner handles applications and I asked to speak to him for some kind of reasoning to why I was denied and was told verbatim “he doesn’t speaks to anyone” if this is how you conduct business I thank God you denied me! I gave this place a shot despite negative reviews and I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere!
