Beach Lake Village Introduce
Welcome to Beach Lake Village, located at 1475 Railroad Flat Rd, Mokelumne Hill, CA 95245, USA. For those searching for "RV parks near me" in the Mokelumne Hill area, Beach Lake Village presents itself as a potential option for both short-term and potentially long-term stays. Situated in the scenic landscapes of Calaveras County, Mokelumne Hill offers a blend of historic charm and natural beauty, making it an area of interest for RV enthusiasts seeking a quieter retreat.
The environment surrounding Beach Lake Village is characterized by the rolling hills and natural landscapes typical of the Sierra Nevada foothills. The presence of a small lake is mentioned in a resident review, suggesting a water feature that could contribute to the park's ambiance. However, the review also raises a significant concern regarding the lake's condition, alleging potential contamination from septic tank overflow. This is a critical point for prospective residents to consider and verify independently.
Information regarding the specific services and features offered at Beach Lake Village is limited. One review explicitly states the absence of amenities such as a clubhouse or corral, which are often found in established RV parks. Typically, RV parks provide essential hookups for water, electricity, and sewage. It is crucial for interested individuals to directly contact Beach Lake Village at (209) 200-7685 or +1 209-200-7685 to inquire about the availability and functionality of these basic services, as well as any other amenities that may be offered.
Considering the category "RV parks near me," Beach Lake Village's suitability will depend on the individual needs and expectations of the RV traveler. The reviews provide a mixed perspective. One resident of two years expresses a positive sentiment, stating, "I love it here. It's what ever I want to make it." This suggests that some individuals may find the environment and community to their liking. However, other feedback presents serious concerns.
One detailed review paints a less favorable picture, describing the community as a "low-rent trailer park" rather than the advertised "private community." This reviewer alleges that sewage from septic tanks overflowed into the small lake due to ignored alarms. Furthermore, this review claims that residents were unlawfully evicted to make way for new small homes and that promises made to those evicted were not honored. The reviewer goes on to state that one evicted tenant won their case in court due to these alleged lies, leading the reviewer to completely distrust management. This information is critical for potential residents and warrants thorough investigation.
Another brief review echoes a sense of deception and negative change, stating, "Everything has changed, and we have been deceived and lied to. From the person that brought us up here, then stabbed in the back. Sixty seven years old and still learning hard lessons." This adds further weight to the concerns raised about the management and the direction of Beach Lake Village.
Given the significant negative feedback regarding management practices, potential environmental issues with the lake, and the alleged lack of expected amenities, prospective residents of Beach Lake Village should exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence. This includes visiting the property in person, if possible, and asking detailed questions about the park's infrastructure, maintenance procedures, management policies, and the current living situation for residents.
Currently, there is no promotional information available for Beach Lake Village in the provided data. Therefore, any potential incentives or special offers cannot be discussed. Individuals interested in learning more about pricing, availability, and any current promotions should contact the park directly using the provided phone numbers.
In conclusion, Beach Lake Village in Mokelumne Hill, CA, presents a location within the "RV parks near me" search category. While one review expresses personal satisfaction, others raise serious allegations concerning environmental issues, lack of advertised amenities, and untrustworthy management practices, including claims of unlawful evictions and broken promises. Potential residents are strongly advised to approach with caution, conduct thorough independent research, and seek direct and transparent communication with the management to address the significant concerns raised in the available feedback before making any decisions regarding residency at Beach Lake Village.

Beach Lake Village Reviews
I have lived here for two years and there is no clubhouse, corral, etc. There is a small lake that sewage from septic tanks whose overflow alarms were ignored many times. This "private community" was a low-rent trailer park, and many residents have been evicted unlawfully to make room for wonderful small homes. However, promises made to those evicted have been ignored, leading me to completely DISTRUST management. One evicted tenant WON her case in court due to those lies, so be very careful.
