Holly Village Holly Michigan Introduce
For those seeking a mobile home park in the Millville, New Jersey area, Holly Village, located at 350 Silver Run Rd, Millville, NJ 08332, USA, presents a community with notable characteristics highlighted by its residents. While the name might suggest a location in Holly, Michigan, the provided address clearly places it within Millville, NJ. Based on the available customer reviews, Holly Village offers a generally positive living experience, characterized by cleanliness, a quiet atmosphere, and a strong sense of community among neighbors.
One resident enthusiastically states, "I love it here ❤️ it's clean and quiet and very, very little crime and goings-on! My neighbors are fantastic and we love them like family!!!" This feedback paints a picture of a well-maintained environment where residents feel safe and enjoy peaceful surroundings. The emphasis on cleanliness suggests that the management and residents take pride in the appearance of the community. The mention of very little crime and goings-on indicates a secure and stable living environment, which is a significant factor for many seeking long-term residency in a mobile home park.
Furthermore, the strong sense of community among neighbors is a significant positive aspect of Holly Village. The resident's sentiment of loving their neighbors "like family" suggests a close-knit and supportive environment where residents look out for one another. This type of social cohesion can greatly enhance the quality of life within a mobile home park, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual support.
However, another resident brings up a critical concern regarding the water supply, stating, "...be prepared to not have water at least once a week." This recurring issue with the water service is a significant drawback that potential residents should be aware of. Intermittent water outages can be disruptive and impact the daily lives and comfort of the residents. The same reviewer also mentions a potential future scenario where residents might have to pay for water, expressing concerns about the fairness of such a system, particularly for seniors and long-term residents with smaller households.
The resident who loves living in Holly Village also expresses a wish for the community to remain a 55+ community and voices concerns about the potential impact of opening it to Section 8 housing or to everyone. Their fear is that such changes could lead to an increase in crime, noise, and a decline in the overall quality of the community. This perspective highlights the value that some residents place on the current demographic and the peaceful atmosphere it contributes to.
Considering the platform category of "RV parks near me," it's important to note that while Holly Village is described as a place to live, the reviews do not explicitly mention whether it accommodates RVs for long-term stays. Mobile home parks often cater primarily to manufactured homes on leased land. Individuals with RVs seeking long-term residency would need to inquire specifically with the management to determine if RVs are permitted and if appropriate hookups and amenities are available.
Based on the available information, the environment of Holly Village appears to be generally clean and quiet, fostering a strong sense of community among its residents. However, the recurring issue with the water supply is a significant service concern that potential residents must consider. The features of the park are not explicitly detailed, but one can infer that the strong neighborly bonds and the perceived safety contribute significantly to the quality of life.
Regarding services, beyond the problematic water supply mentioned in one review, typical mobile home parks offer essential utilities such as electricity and sewer hookups. Waste management services are also usually provided. The reviews do not mention any specific amenities such as laundry facilities, a community center, or recreational areas. The focus of the positive review is primarily on the social environment and the cleanliness of the park, rather than on extensive amenities.
No promotional information is provided in the available reviews. Individuals interested in learning about any current incentives for new residents should contact Holly Village directly using the provided phone numbers: (856) 825-3083 or +1 856-825-3083.
In conclusion, Holly Village in Millville, NJ, appears to be a mobile home community that offers a clean, quiet, and neighborly environment, which is highly valued by its residents. However, the recurring issue with the water supply is a significant concern that prospective residents should investigate further. The community seems to foster a strong sense of belonging and is perceived as safe with very little crime. While the reviews do not detail specific amenities, the positive social environment is a notable feature. Individuals seeking long-term residency in the Millville area should contact Holly Village directly to inquire about lot availability, policies regarding RVs (if applicable), the status of the water supply issues, and any other services and features offered. Understanding these aspects will be crucial in determining if Holly Village is the right choice for their needs.

Holly Village Holly Michigan Reviews
It's not a bad place to live in Millville as long as they keep the riff raff out but be prepared to not have water at least once a week. If we have to end up having to pay for water then it should be households of 3 or more people that should have to pay for their water especially Not seniors nor those who have been here for 10 plus years!
Feb 26, 2025 · josiebearI love it here ❤️ it's clean and quiet and very, very little crime and goings-on! My neighbors are fantastic and we love them like family!!! I just wish it would stay as a 55+community and not open to section 8 or to everyone because that's when it becomes crime ridden, loud, dirty, and completely down hill!!! Sincerely, A Resident
May 06, 2023 · Freddy MacdonaldManagement somewhat lax to fix problems. Upper management/ owners extremely deficient on taking out old delapotated singlewide mobils ruin the park. There are many nice double-wides well kept but the old singles ruin the park.
Dec 21, 2021 · Lori RedmondVery nice looking mobile home park.... if I lived in NJ and were looking for a nice community I would consider living here!
Feb 25, 2020 · Ravin MorrisNice community for elderly people fairly clean but too many stray cats.
