New ownership is constantly changing management and if you notice the people reviewing with great reviews, their pictures are of younger people. Please remember this is a 55 and older park registered with the state. (So they say)These reviewers DO NOT LIVE IN THIS PARK!If they do they are not abiding by the rules. We find this to be common and the management does nothing.She puts something in a letter sometimes but management let's the younger ones live in here. How is it the clubhouse is talked about but not open?The water issues are horrible, you get notified by a note left on your door and rent continues to go up.I sometimes wonder why Bedrock Management can't be reached. There are no amenities other than laundry, shuffle board, clubhouse. The lot rent has consistently gone up every year, it's now $536.18. Not worth the cost.

I have known people who have lived there for 9 years and the lot rent has more than doubled with no real benefits. The water goes off all the time and the park does NOT even provide any water to the residents to hold them over. They have to go buy their own. This is a common problem. There is no pool. They have with the new owners repaved the roads. But again for that kind of money I would look elsewhere.
