Browns Trailer Park, located at 1318 State Rd S-30-31, Laurens, SC 29360, USA, appears to primarily function as a mobile home park offering affordable housing and lot rentals in Laurens, South Carolina. While not a traditional RV park catering to short-term recreational stays, the principles of community living and the provision of basic amenities often overlap. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Browns Trailer Park based on the limited customer reviews available online, focusing on the environment, perceived affordability, and community atmosphere.
The available customer reviews suggest a focus on affordability and a welcoming community. One reviewer, who had not owned a home there, specifically mentioned that the houses are "affordable and worth the price" for individuals with low income seeking housing. This highlights a key feature of Browns Trailer Park: its potential as a source of budget-friendly living options in the Laurens area.
Another review echoes this sentiment, stating that Browns Trailer Park is "definitely the option to choose" for those needing a home and having limited financial resources. These comments indicate that the park may serve an important role in providing affordable housing for the local community.

I've never owned a home here but I'm low income and looking for a house to stay, I know these houses are affordable and worth the priceIf you need a home and don't have much this is definitely the option to choose.
Jun 05, 2024 · Madison HorganI recently moved my mobile home into this park. Mrs. Brown has been a blessing to me. These folks that own the park are great folks. Everyone that rents a mobile home or a lot here seem to be nice and friendly. So far I am loving it bc where I was living b4 now at buddy hunts circle owned by bryan hayes or hayes investments,. Well Mr. Bryan Holmes will need a home 1 day n I don't know a single person who'd open the door for him. I lived there 1 year n I watched him evict three different families for absolutely no wrongdoing on their part he wanted to take their homes and turn around and rent them out and that is exactly what he did he is a very very bad man one day he will have to pay just as we all do, he will not even return my $200 security deposit that iI put up. Thank you to the browns once more
Feb 22, 2021 · Stephanie LawsonShould be bulldoze to ground and rebuilt. Trailers are full of mold and mildew. Loose electrical wiring exposed. If DEHEC or OSHA examine place they would shut it down. It's $320/month is dirt cheap but mines we'll be living in a tent. Awful!
May 30, 2020 · Jeff BighamSlumlords. They won't fix anything and when you move out they black ball you. They have favorites that can do anything and get away with it. Where others have to follow the rules or get evicted.
