This review details a significant plumbing issue experienced by the resident, where persistent clogging affected various water outlets. The customer expressed gratitude for Savannah's attention to the problem, the dispatching of maintenance personnel, and the eventual resolution of the obstruction. This positive feedback suggests that the management at Buckeye Trails is responsive to resident concerns and takes action to address maintenance issues, contributing to a more comfortable living experience for those within the park.
However, it is important to present a balanced perspective. Another customer review offers a contrasting viewpoint. This review expresses dissatisfaction with the water quality, alleging it to be undrinkable. Furthermore, this review states that maintenance requests are not adequately addressed, citing an unresolved kitchen sink issue spanning over three years. This feedback raises concerns about the overall living conditions and management practices at Buckeye Trails, indicating potential inconsistencies in resident experiences.

Buckeye Trails Reviews
Savannah the park manager heard my concern about something blocking my pipes that wasn't just ice from the Winter. Even when the pipes thawed it still would remain clogged. It didn't even drain and would back up from the toilets, sinks, showers and dishwasher and stay there. So I addressed this issue with Savannah. She then sent someone out to take a look. Then proceeded to send a crew to work on clearing it. It took a few days but even with the help of Savannah herself they must have finally dealt with this obstruction. As soon as the weather got warmer, and the ice broke our drains cleared, we cleaned everything up and now it all works as it should. Thank you again for taking me seriously.

Nov 21, 2024 · Charlie SettlesMy experience with Rob was excellent and I was very happy with all the support I received throughout the process. Rob always kept me informed about my purchase’s progress, including receiving daily updates. He was always available to answer all of my questions, even though there were a ton of them. He made sure that the repairs were to my liking and even followed up after the repairs to ensure that I was happy with everything. He did everything he possibly could to satisfy my needs. I give him my highest recommendation.

He called and talked us through every step of the process and worked so hard to get us closed before Christmas... AND he did!!!! We never had to guess what next steps were and he was extremely flexible/we were able to sign digitally for nearly all the documents.Thank you so much, Rob! Definitely recommended to anyone looking for a great home-buying experience!
