Buckhorn Outpost RV Park Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Pearsall, Texas area, it is crucial to consider recent feedback regarding Buckhorn Outpost RV Park, located at 3141 Co Rd 2000, Pearsall, TX 78061, USA. While the phone numbers (210) 315-6546 and +1 210-315-6546 are provided, recent customer reviews paint a concerning picture regarding the current status and environment of this location.
One lengthy review comes from an individual whose property is adjacent to the former Buckhorn Outpost RV Park. This reviewer indicates that the property previously belonged to their younger brother and clarifies that it was not a traditional hotel. Instead, it was reportedly set up by their neighbor to accommodate a few oilfield workers with travel trailers, a situation that is now stated to be "over." This suggests a potentially temporary or informal arrangement rather than a permanent, established RV park.
The same reviewer then details a disturbing incident involving a young man who was apparently staying with their neighbor (the property owner of Buckhorn Outpost at the time). The reviewer recounts catching this individual inside their garage, looking under the hood of their pickup truck. After being confronted, the person fled. The Sheriff's Department was called but was unable to locate the individual. Subsequently, the reviewer reported a series of missing items from their porch over time, describing the situation as reminiscent of the Johnny Cash song "One Piece At a Time." The reviewer suspected the individual staying at the neighbor's property was responsible and believed the escape route was across the pastureland separating their properties. Despite reporting this to the Sheriff's Department, the reviewer states that no action was taken to recover their belongings or address the individual.
Adding another layer of complexity, the reviewer mentions receiving a voicemail from their neighbor, the property owner, inquiring about their interest in selling their property. Attempts to contact the neighbor afterward were unsuccessful. The reviewer expresses a belief that the neighbor was unaware of the guest's activities until after leaving the voicemail.
The reviewer concludes by stating that the individual suspected of theft is believed to have relocated, as no further items have gone missing from their porch. This lengthy account raises significant concerns about the safety and security of the environment at or near the former Buckhorn Outpost RV Park, particularly if it was indeed operating informally and housing individuals with potentially questionable behavior.
Most critically for those searching for "RV parks near me," a separate, very direct review states, "This place no longer exists. Don't waste your time driving out here." This unambiguous statement strongly suggests that Buckhorn Outpost RV Park is no longer operational. This information is paramount for anyone considering a visit to this location.
Given these two reviews, the objective conclusion is that Buckhorn Outpost RV Park is, at best, no longer functioning as an RV park and, at worst, may have been associated with concerning security issues in the past. The information strongly advises against considering this location for RV parking.
Therefore, it is impossible to provide a detailed introduction to the environment, services, and features of Buckhorn Outpost RV Park as a currently operating entity. The available information suggests it is not functioning as an RV park anymore. The past situation, as described by one neighbor, raises serious red flags about potential safety and security concerns in the immediate vicinity.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Pearsall, Texas, the most crucial piece of information from these reviews is that Buckhorn Outpost RV Park reportedly "no longer exists." Therefore, any attempt to visit this location for RV parking would likely be a waste of time. It is strongly recommended to seek alternative and currently operational RV parks in the Pearsall area.
In conclusion, based on the recent customer reviews, Buckhorn Outpost RV Park in Pearsall, Texas, appears to be defunct. One review explicitly states that it "no longer exists," while another details concerning incidents involving an individual who was staying there when it was reportedly a temporary arrangement for oilfield workers. Potential users searching for "RV parks near me" in Pearsall should disregard Buckhorn Outpost RV Park and focus their search on other established and currently operating facilities to ensure a safe and reliable experience.

Buckhorn Outpost RV Park Reviews
This place is next to my property, it use to belong to my youngest brother. It's not any kind of hotel. It's just property that my neighbor set up for a few oilfield workers to park their travel trailers, but that's over. But last March there was a young man staying there with my neighbor. I don't know who is is but, one night, I walked out on my porch and caught this guy standing in my garage looking under the hood of my pick up. I yelled, hey and he left here running. I called the Sheriff's Department and they came out, but couldn't figure out how or where this guy got away to.I was telling my nephew about this guy, and my nephew told me that my neighbor has someone staying with him. Well that explains how and where he escaped to that first night. After that I started missing things off of my porch, just a few things at a time, like a hand saw, heavy metal yard rake, empty toolbox that I had just cleaned out, a handmade knife, just a lot of things, similar to the Johnny Cash song, "One Piece At a Time". When I figured out his escape route was just a hop and skip across the pasture land that was between our properties, reported my information to the Sheriff's Department, but they didn't do anything to get my things back or even go talk to this guy.The property owner, my neighbor, had left me a voicemail during this time, asking if I was interested in selling my property, and to call him back.I tried to get in touch with my neighbor, but was never successful.I don't believe my neighbor was aware of the activities that his guests was into, until after he had left me the voicemailThis guy is still at large, but believed to relocated, because I haven't been missing any more things from my porch.Thank you and GOD BLESS YOU.
