Buffaloe Enterprises & RV Park Introduce
Are you searching for a clean and conveniently located RV park or mobile home community near Garner, North Carolina? Consider Buffaloe Enterprises & RV Park, situated at 2107 US-70, Garner, NC 27529, USA. As a listing within the 'RV Parks Near Me' category, Buffaloe Enterprises & RV Park, reachable at (919) 868-4896 or +1 919-868-4896, offers large, grassy RV sites within a predominantly permanent resident community. However, it's crucial to note a significant policy regarding pets based on recent customer interactions.
One potential guest shared a negative experience regarding the park's pet policy. They stated that despite having "2 well behaved, leash trained dogs" and offering to have them screened, the gentleman on the phone explicitly stated "no" to pets, citing it as "too dangerous" and suggesting it was in the potential guest's best interest to avoid potential liability. This interaction strongly indicates a strict "No pet" policy at Buffaloe Enterprises & RV Park. The potential guest felt this policy should have been communicated upfront and took issue with the opinion expressed regarding pet owners' abilities to manage their animals. This information is vital for any prospective resident or visitor traveling with pets, as they will likely not be accommodated.
On a more positive note, another reviewer who stayed at the RV park for a week in a 5th wheel offered insights into the environment and amenities for RVers. They described "Large grassy RV sites with enough trees, but only a very few available." This suggests spacious sites with some shade, although availability might be limited, making reservations "strongly recommended." The reviewer also noted that the park is "Mostly permanent residents, however very clean and well maintained." This indicates a stable and cared-for community, which can be a significant advantage for those seeking a quiet and orderly environment for longer stays.
Regarding amenities, the reviewer mentioned the availability of laundry facilities: "Only one washer and dryer available. Better to go into Garner if you have more than one load." This limited laundry capacity might be a consideration for longer-term stays or those with significant laundry needs. The proximity to the town of Garner offers an alternative for laundry services. In terms of individual site amenities, they noted, "No picnic table or firepit, but we didn't need them." This suggests that these common campground features are not provided at each RV site, which might be a factor for those who prioritize outdoor dining or campfires.
The location of Buffaloe Enterprises & RV Park offers convenient access to nearby resources: "Grocery pretty close, in Clayton." This indicates that essential shopping for groceries is readily accessible within a short drive. The reviewer also mentioned the proximity to urban centers: "Convenient to Raleigh/Durham amenities." This makes the park a potentially attractive option for those working in or wanting to explore the Raleigh-Durham metropolitan area while enjoying a more rural or community-focused living situation.
One environmental factor to consider is noise: "Some road noise from the highway, but we pretended it was ocean sounds." Being located on US-70, some traffic noise is to be expected. However, the reviewer's lighthearted comment suggests it might be manageable for some. Overall, they concluded their stay positively: "We would stay here again. Stayed for a week for a reasonable price in a 5th wheel." This indicates that despite the limited amenities and road noise, the cleanliness, spacious sites, and convenient location offered good value for the price.
Based on these reviews, Buffaloe Enterprises & RV Park offers the following environment, services, and features:
- Large Grassy RV Sites: Spacious sites suitable for various RV sizes.
- Some Trees: Offering partial shade on the RV sites, although the number of trees is limited.
- Clean and Well Maintained: The park is noted for its cleanliness and upkeep, likely due to the high proportion of permanent residents.
- Limited Laundry Facilities: Only one washer and dryer are available on-site.
- No Picnic Tables or Fire Pits (at sites): These common campground amenities are not provided at the individual RV sites.
- Proximity to Groceries: Grocery stores are conveniently located in nearby Clayton.
- Convenient to Raleigh/Durham: Offers easy access to the amenities and employment opportunities in the Research Triangle area.
- Road Noise: Being located on US-70, some highway noise is present.
- Mostly Permanent Residents: Creates a stable and potentially quiet community atmosphere.
- Strict No Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted on the property, a crucial consideration for potential guests.

Buffaloe Enterprises & RV Park Reviews
Didn't even get to see an RV spot. Don't care to anymore. Spoke with the gentleman on the phone a few times and told him I had 2 well behaved, leash trained dogs that I'd be happy to let him meet and screen before making a decision. He told me no, that it was "too dangerous" to have dogs out there and it was better for me this way too, so I wouldn't risk being sued if something were to happen with them.A "No pet" policy should've been pretty high on the list of things he mentioned upfront. Also, he can also keep his (unfounded) opinion on peoples' abilities to raise their dogs appropriately, to himself.
