Indian Creek is nestled in Garner, North Carolina, a thriving suburban town that balances convenient access to the larger metropolitan area of Raleigh with its own distinct community feel. According to resident reviews, the park cultivates a "sense of peace" upon entry, indicating a well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing environment. The phrase "the Park is well maintained" directly from a customer suggests attention to cleanliness, landscaping, and overall upkeep of common areas, roads, and individual lots. The sense of community is also highlighted by the description of "friendly neighbors," suggesting a welcoming and amicable residential atmosphere where residents feel comfortable and potentially interact positively with one another. The location in Garner also implies accessibility to local amenities, including schools, shopping centers, dining options, and recreational facilities, which are typical features of well-developed suburban areas.

Such initiatives demonstrate a commitment to creating a cohesive community where neighbors can connect, participate in shared experiences, and build relationships. This communal aspect is often a key differentiator for mobile home parks that aim to be more than just a collection of homes, but rather a true neighborhood where residents "feel at home."
While specific amenities like clubhouses, swimming pools, or playgrounds are not explicitly mentioned in the provided reviews, the emphasis on family-friendly activities and community gatherings suggests that such facilities might be present or that management actively organizes events to fill this role. Indian Creek Reviews

Apr 15, 2025 · Chyanne WeeksI've lived here 3 months now and so far my experience with the neighborhood has been great! The streets are quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The management and staff have gone above and beyond to respond to every need. I'm currently renting and while I have had a couple of maintenance issues, they have been resolved promptly and I've found the maintenance men to be professional and kind as well. My son and I attended a monthly meeting with the community committee that aims to bring neighborhood families together for various activities and events. We feel at home here and look forward to attending those events and getting to know more of our neighbors!
Dec 21, 2015 · Eva CharbeneauI have been staying at Indian Creek Overlook for a while now and I'm so happy here. The management and staff are excellent and care about their tenants. I signed a two year lease and will sign another two years when the time comes. I find Indian Creek Overlook to be very safe as well as neat and clean.I would highly recommend Indian Creek Overlook to any one. I would not be living here if I didn't feel safe and comfortable and have a management and staff who goes out of there way to attend to my needs as a tenant . They are ready and willing to make your living at Indian Creek Overlook a very pleasant experience.
Jul 27, 2015 · Barb WillardI have been a resident for over five years. Pay rent on time every month and a great resident. In the last year or so the new management has proven to not care about any problem concerning the tenant. I have reported Storm damage to the roof. Not address effective or immediately. Now experiencing a leaky roof during storms. Concern of mold in the house. No testing completed. Now concern with plumbing with back flow. Notified over a week. Unable to flush, wash clothes, use toilet and horrible smell to that I can't get rid of. Can't take a bath or shower. Non of the issues caused by myself. I am told we'll send someone to look at it but it will take a while before it gets fixed. No accommodations offered. I don't have money to move immediately or Pay for legal action. This is the worst management I have dealt within the last 5 years. Unliveable conditions and I feel stuck. This management care nothing for it's renters and is increasing the rent payment. Would not suggest Indian Creek with the new management.
Sep 07, 2017 · Wanda MorganI moved into Indian Creek Overlook in September. I LOVE the community. It is VERY quiet and nice. Everyone takes care of their place. The homes are all kept great. I am currently renting. If I have a problem with anything they are very quick to fix it. (that has only happened once). I would recommend living here and plan on living her myself for a while. The pool, play ground, basketball court and tennis court are an added bonus. I don't have children but love the sheltered bus stop. I am TOTALLY in love with this place!Diane Fortenberry
