Carefree Manor Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Phoenix, Arizona area that offers a well-maintained and family-friendly environment? Carefree Manor, located at 19602 N 32nd St, Phoenix, AZ 85050, USA, is an all-ages mobile home community that has received positive feedback regarding its upkeep and overall appeal. You can contact them at (888) 472-0814 or +1 888-472-0814 to inquire about residency opportunities and learn more about the community.
According to recent reviews, Carefree Manor is generally considered a "fairly clean mobile home community." This suggests that the management places some emphasis on maintaining the tidiness of the park, which can contribute to a more pleasant living environment for residents and visitors alike. For those prioritizing cleanliness when searching for "RV parks near me," this aspect of Carefree Manor may be a significant positive factor.
One long-term resident, whose family of seven has lived in Carefree Manor for over ten years, speaks highly of the park. The fact that their oldest child, after moving out and starting her own family, chose to return to live nearby within the same community underscores a sense of belonging and satisfaction with the living environment. This multi-generational residency suggests a stable and appealing community atmosphere.
This long-term resident explicitly states that "as far as mobile home parks go, this is definitely a nicer, more well-kept park there is." This strong endorsement highlights the perceived quality of Carefree Manor compared to other similar communities in the area. The fact that it is an "all ages" park is also noted as a positive feature, indicating a diverse and potentially vibrant community with residents of various life stages.
However, the reviews also mention a potential consideration for prospective residents. One reviewer, a frequent visitor to a friend within the community, points out that the park "substantially" raises its rates each year. While the community is deemed clean and well-kept, this trend of significant annual rate increases is an important factor for those on a fixed income or those seeking long-term budget stability when considering "RV parks near me." It would be prudent for potential residents to inquire about the history of rate adjustments and the park's policies regarding future increases.
Interestingly, the long-term resident offers a specific piece of advice regarding the all-ages nature of the park. They suggest that individuals over 55 who prefer a quieter environment without children should consider moving next door to the 55+ community. This implies that there is a separate, age-restricted community adjacent to Carefree Manor, providing an alternative for those seeking a more senior-focused living environment. This proximity could be a significant advantage for those who appreciate the amenities and upkeep of Carefree Manor but desire a quieter atmosphere.
When evaluating "RV parks near me," the presence of both all-ages and age-restricted options in close proximity can cater to a wider range of preferences and needs. Carefree Manor's identity as an all-ages park suggests a welcoming environment for families, while the nearby 55+ community offers a potentially quieter alternative for seniors. Prospective residents should inquire about the specific rules and amenities of both communities to determine the best fit.
In conclusion, Carefree Manor in Phoenix, Arizona, appears to be a well-regarded, all-ages mobile home community that is considered cleaner and better maintained than many other similar parks in the area. The long-term residency of some families and the return of former residents speak positively to the community's appeal. However, potential residents should be aware of the reported trend of substantial annual rate increases and consider whether the all-ages environment aligns with their lifestyle preferences, especially given the proximity of a neighboring 55+ community. Direct communication with the management is recommended to obtain detailed information about current rates, amenities, community rules, and the relationship between Carefree Manor and the adjacent 55+ community.

Carefree Manor Reviews
I have a close friend who lives at this location and I visit there often. Besides substantially raising their rates each year, I think it’s a fairly clean mobile home community.
Jun 27, 2024 · Travis StakerOur family of 7 has lived here for over 10 years which should say something. Not only that but when our oldest first moved out, she started her own family and moved back here just a couple of spaces down. As far as mobile home parks go, this is definitely nicer, more well kept park there is. Especially with it being all ages! My biggest advice - if you're over 55 and don't like kids, move next door to the 55+ and save us all the headache.
Apr 22, 2021 · Lisa “Laydeecas”What an adorable (all ages welcomed) mobile home. The location is not only awesome, but they also are accepting Rvs. And 5th wheels. It's so hard to find a place to park right now that it's nice to know mobile parks are opening spaces for the RVers. We drove around to just glance at the surroundings, and it's extremely well taken care of. Clean. And very put together. The homes are also just so cute!!! Everyone has homely decor and it just feels like a very welcoming community!
Oct 13, 2022 · Shantell Lynn (Skittles)The grounds are very well kept. The outdoor pool and hot tub is very refreshing fitting a hot day and cool night. Everyone is very friendly and the fact that this park is a gated community makes this a place that I like to call home
Dec 19, 2021 · Cameron SmithI find it interesting that all these reviews with five stars have no ACTUAL review.Well, where to begin...No parking on the "street". (That area in front of your home.) Why? They'll tow your car.First, however, you will get a warning. Not verbal, mind you. A sticker put on there with glue made of what I can only assume is the same tar that murdered the dinosaurs. It doesn't come off.The area is FULL of kids. If you like kids, you'll love it here. If you don't like kids, feel free to avoid this place. You aren't missing much. Besides of course, waiting for kids playing in the street to move out of the street. But don't honk if they give you the finger and yell obscenities. Their parent will give you a good lecturing on their angel's behavior. Also, that parking I mentioned? There IS actually guest parking. Just...Don't try to use it if there's a house party going on. How will you know? Half of the street and ALL the guest parking will be occupied until 2 am. (None of the street cars will be towed, of course. There's a party going on. That would be inconsiderate.)The bright side is that it IS a gated community. So no kids using the guest parking as a way to sneak in and share booze with friends in their parents' truck. That would only be possible if they left the gate open.Which they do. All. The. Time. The gate closes at roughly 10-11 pm and reopens around 8. When they remember to close it. So be prepared for those house parties, because there is NO ONE stopping college kids from roaring in with booze and a good time in toe.All in all, if you're a college kid looking for a cheap place, be prepared to hate every kid in this neighborhood. If you're an older person looking for peace and quiet, run. Run far and run long. Like a block down. They're pretty relaxed, I hear. Or don't. Because they're quiet.
