Casa Grande East Manufactured Home and RV Park Introduce
Are you searching for a conveniently located mobile home or RV park near you in Casa Grande, Arizona? Casa Grande East Manufactured Home and RV Park, situated at 1010 E 1st St, Casa Grande, AZ 85122, USA, offers an in-town location that may appeal to those seeking easy access to local amenities. However, it's important to consider all aspects of this park, as indicated by recent feedback from individuals who have interacted with or visited the property.
One reviewer noted that "from what I could tell, the place could use a face lift." This suggests that the park may have a more established or older infrastructure and could benefit from some modernization or aesthetic improvements. The same reviewer specifically mentioned the lack of fencing between rentals for privacy and security, indicating a potential area for improvement that could enhance the living experience for residents. While the rentals themselves were described as "somewhat decent," the reviewer felt they might not fully justify the cost of rent, deposit, and other associated fees.
A significant environmental factor to consider at Casa Grande East Manufactured Home and RV Park is the proximity to a train track. According to one review, the train track can cause disruptions at various times throughout the day and night, including early mornings, evenings, and during nighttime rest. This potential for noise pollution is an important factor for prospective residents to consider, particularly if they are sensitive to such disturbances. The frequency and intensity of these disruptions are not specified, but the reviewer clearly indicates that it can be a noticeable aspect of living in or near the park.
On a more positive note, one reviewer shared a highly favorable impression of the park's manager, Connie. They described Connie as "one of the most caring, positive, and considerate people I've ever met." This positive feedback suggests that the management of Casa Grande East Manufactured Home and RV Park is a significant asset. The reviewer even stated that if they were to move to Casa Grande, they would love to live in Connie's mobile home park, "if there was an opening." This strong endorsement speaks volumes about the positive impact of the park's management on the overall atmosphere and resident experience.
The in-town location of Casa Grande East Manufactured Home and RV Park is mentioned as a convenience. This likely means that residents have relatively easy access to local shops, restaurants, services, and other amenities within Casa Grande. For those who value proximity to urban conveniences, this could be a significant advantage of choosing this park.
Considering the available feedback, Casa Grande East Manufactured Home and RV Park presents a mixed picture. On one hand, its in-town location offers convenience. Additionally, the park benefits from a manager, Connie, who is described as exceptionally caring and positive, which can greatly contribute to a positive community environment and responsive management. On the other hand, the park appears to be in a state where it could use some updates and lacks fencing for privacy and security between rentals. Furthermore, the proximity to a train track may result in noise disruptions at various times.
Potential residents should carefully weigh these factors based on their individual priorities and sensitivities. If being centrally located is a high priority and the positive reputation of the manager is reassuring, then Casa Grande East Manufactured Home and RV Park might be a viable option. However, it would be prudent to consider the potential for noise from the train tracks and the apparent need for some updates to the property. Visiting the park at different times of the day could help prospective residents assess the noise levels from the train and the overall condition of the facilities.
In conclusion, Casa Grande East Manufactured Home and RV Park offers a convenient in-town location in Casa Grande. The park's manager, Connie, is highly praised for her caring and positive demeanor. However, potential residents should be aware that the park may be in need of updates, lacks privacy fencing between rentals, and is subject to noise from a nearby train track. It is recommended that interested individuals visit the park to assess these factors firsthand before making a decision.

Casa Grande East Manufactured Home and RV Park Reviews
From what I could tell, the place could use a face lift. Fencing between rentals for privacy and security. The rentals are somewhat decent, but not enough for the price of rent and or deposit and other fees. Train track brings disruption of your early mornings, beginning of your evenings, and middle of your nightly rest. At Certain times of day and night. Conveniently located in town.
