Paradise Gardens Mobile Home & RV Park Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Casa Grande, Arizona area, it is crucial to carefully consider the information available regarding Paradise Gardens Mobile Home & RV Park, located at 517 Ave A, Casa Grande, AZ 85122, USA. While the park offers both mobile home and RV spaces, the online reviews paint a concerning picture regarding its administration and management. You can contact them at (520) 282-6014 or their mobile number, +1 520-282-6014; however, it is advisable to proceed with significant caution based on the experiences shared by former and current residents.
One review explicitly advises, "Don’t go there!!! Administration is a fake place they gonna take your time and money." This is a serious accusation, suggesting potential issues with the park's administrative practices and financial dealings. The reviewer recounts a specific incident where, upon renting lot 23 two weeks prior, they found someone else parked in their assigned space. Allegedly, the administration disclaimed responsibility and suggested the reviewer wait with their RV on the street for 24 hours until the situation was resolved. This lack of support and the resulting expense incurred by the reviewer to find alternative parking raises significant concerns about the park's handling of basic logistical issues and their commitment to residents.
Another, much more detailed and alarming review strongly advises against recommending Paradise Gardens Mobile Home & RV Park, specifically naming the manager, Wayne Morgan. The reviewer asserts that Mr. Morgan is "not management material" and supports this claim with a series of serious allegations. These allegations include frequent police presence at the park, purportedly due to the manager's harassment of tenants, and a constant pattern of attempting to evict residents. Such claims suggest a highly unstable and potentially hostile living environment.
Furthermore, the reviewer describes the manager as "rude" and prone to yelling about minor infractions such as speeding, despite lacking the authority to issue tickets. The behavior described includes knocking on residents' doors unnecessarily and exhibiting a controlling demeanor, allegedly issuing constant reminder notices and confronting residents, including women, in an aggressive manner. The reviewer goes so far as to suggest that residents may find themselves needing to call the police due to the manager's actions, indicating a potentially unsafe or conflict-ridden community.
The review also alleges that the manager conducts inspections "day and night," creating a sense of constant surveillance and invasion of privacy for residents. The unexpected appearances of the manager are described as a deliberate tactic to monitor residents' activities. This level of scrutiny can create a stressful and uncomfortable living situation, far from the peaceful enjoyment one would expect in an RV or mobile home park.
Adding to the list of concerns, the reviewer mentions that other residents of the park allegedly fear retaliation if they were to write reviews, suggesting a climate of intimidation within the community. This is a serious indictment of the management's approach to resident relations and further underscores the potential for a negative living experience at Paradise Gardens Mobile Home & RV Park.
The reviewer also provides a recent update regarding alterations made to the speed bumps within the park. They advise caution when driving in, but more seriously, they "highly recommend u, get a hold of your insurance company in regards to claims due to damage to your cars suspension and replacement of shocks." The allegation is that the manager placed boards on top of the original speed bumps and covered them with cement, creating a hazard that could damage vehicles. The reviewer claims to possess video evidence of these actions and encourages others to hold the manager "responsible, and accountable" for any resulting damage. This indicates a potential disregard for the safety and well-being of residents and visitors' property.
The reviewer identifies themselves as living in trailer 25 and explicitly states they are "not afraid of him" (the manager) and have involved an attorney. They offer to provide proof of their allegations and promise further updates. This level of detail and the involvement of legal counsel suggest that the issues at Paradise Gardens Mobile Home & RV Park may be quite serious and ongoing.
Given the overwhelmingly negative nature and the severity of the allegations presented in these reviews, anyone searching for "RV parks near me" in Casa Grande should exercise extreme caution when considering Paradise Gardens Mobile Home & RV Park. The reported issues with administration, management behavior, parking, potential safety concerns due to alleged harassment and frequent police presence, and the concerning allegations regarding the altered speed bumps all point to a potentially problematic living environment. While the park offers mobile home and RV spaces, the negative experiences shared by others should be thoroughly considered before making any commitment.
It is important to note that these reviews represent individual experiences and perspectives. However, the consistency and seriousness of the issues raised, particularly the allegations of harassment, controlling behavior by management, and potential property damage, warrant significant concern. Prospective residents or RVers should seek further information from independent sources and potentially consider other "RV parks near me" in the Casa Grande area that have a more positive and stable reputation.
Before contacting Paradise Gardens Mobile Home & RV Park based on this information, it would be prudent to look for additional, more recent reviews to ascertain if there have been any improvements or changes in management practices. However, based on the currently available information, proceeding with caution and thoroughly investigating these concerns is strongly advised for anyone considering this park as one of their "RV parks near me." The potential risks to one's time, money, peace of mind, and even the safety of one's vehicle appear to be significant based on the experiences shared by others.

Jan 10, 2023 · raulNot recommend, manager Wayne morgan is not management material, the facts are these....police here all the time, mainly because of his harassment, always trying to evict tenants, rude, yells "No speeding! Has no authority to hand out a ticket so he needs to get over it. Knock on doors, , as far as i know he thinks people like him but behind his back they despise him. BEWARE he is controlling, and will give u constent reminder notices. He will get in your face even if your a woman. You will find yourself calling police too. He conducts inspections day and night, watching your every move, he comes around the corner when less expected seriously you have been warned. Others from this park should write review, but fear retaliation. Don't live like this, this park is in need of someone with people skills and better management skills. He has tweeters working for him proof in the pudding look at them. Hope I have helped. I have recent up dates, he now altered the speed bumps, careful when driving into the park but highly recommend u , get a hold of your insurance company in regards to claims due to damage to your cars suspension and replacement of shocks, let's hold this guy responsible, and accountable. He placed boards on top of the original and slapped on cement, if only I submit video I would i have plenty on his shenanigans., I live in trailer 25, I am not afraid of him i have an attorney come talk to me. I will show u proof, I have another up date. Will post it within the week.
Sep 18, 2018 · rosa gutierrezIf I could give Wayne a negative score I would. This man followed me till all ends of the night. Did work on the house I lived in causing a fire that he has no license to do. The park evicted me even after the fire. Wayne is a mean man who is on drugs and beats his wife and harass the single women in the park. Wish I still had my pics and the fire department documents to show you how he wired the rv illegally. He even is against The of Latter Day Staints church and made me walk my visitors from church on and off the park also they were not allowed to park in the park when they came to visit. He wrote me up for a friend who dropped me off at home for going over the speed limit in there and she was 95 yrs old! Trust me this isn't the place you want to live unless you want to be so unhappy and uncomfortable living someplace.
Jan 20, 2024 · Cheryl BensonMostly used and abused mobile homes. Was told the park rent is high for what you get here.
Dec 06, 2024 · Shirley ReynoldsWe lived here for 3 years. Unlike most others reviews we actually got along with the manager. If you follow the rules and respect him, you shouldnt have a problem. The best thing about this place was that we got a little bit of yard for our son to play in. However, the landlord or our trailer #17, her name is Maritza. She is absolutely clueless to tenant laws. She demanded an extra $1,000 for months we already paid full rent for. We had to call the police on her for harrassment. We went a year without an oven and a month without a water heater. We eventually decided being homeless was better then having her as a landlord. Every trailer should be condemned.
