Another camper who attended the "Chaos and Kindness 1st annual campout" had an overwhelmingly positive experience, describing it as "almost non-stop awesomeness." They found the campsites to be clean and of a good size, accommodating both campers and tents comfortably (though noted a specific instance of doubling up due to the event organizers, not the campground itself, and suggested advance notice for such arrangements). The people at Autumn Hills Campground were described as "super friendly," contributing to the welcoming atmosphere. A notable feature is the onsite store, which offers a good selection of items at reasonable prices, a convenient amenity for campers who may have forgotten essentials or want snacks and souvenirs.

The availability of "plenty of clean bathrooms" is consistently highlighted, although showers are mentioned as costing $0.25 for 3 minutes. This minor charge is a common practice in many campgrounds to manage water usage.
The overall environment of Autumn Hills Campground appears to be well-kept and geared towards providing a fun and convenient experience for families and individuals alike. Its proximity to "society" is also noted as a benefit, making it easy to run to a store or access other necessities if needed, striking a good balance between a natural retreat and accessibility.

Autumn Hills Campground Reviews
Such a great atmosphere. Very family friendly and well kept! I was shocked at how clean the bathrooms were. Also, there's lots of fun events and amenities too! Plus, it's dog friendly. Great spot. I can't wait to come back!
Sep 19, 2024 · Dennis HWe went for the Chaos and Kindness 1st annual campout, it was almost non-stop awesomeness. The campsites were clean and of a good size. The people were super friendly. The onsite store prices had a lot of selection and they did not overprice their items which was a nice surprise. There is a lake where you can rent kayaks, paddle boats and canoes. There is a giant field, playground, pool, basketball court and plenty of clean bathrooms, showers are .25 cents for 3 minutes . I didn't use the showers so I was stinky. We camped in a tent. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the event we attended doubled up people so we had a camper and a tent in our site, this wasn't due to the campground but by Recycled Percussion, I get it but advanced notice of this would have been nice. A nice campground close enough to society in case you need to run to the store or something.
Oct 06, 2024 · William PfingstonAmazing place! I've been to well over 30 different campgrounds and I just stayed here for a few days and I've got nothing but good things to say all around. All the staff I met were very nice and helpful, the rates are great with any options you need for your setup, the wood is dry and at great price too which was awesome, the pool was nice and clean with plenty of seating, golf cart rentals, bathrooms were clean and showers were free, lots of activities for kids, awesome little camp store with a good variety of supplies and food and they even sell alcohol, washers and dryers, super affordable boat rentals..And the list goes on. All in all autumn hills is a very affordable, well maintained campground that you don't have to worry about having a good time while you are there. I highly recommend this campground!!!!
Jul 06, 2024 · JoeThe campground welcomed an event with over 600 people. They were amazing! All the staff we so gracious and responsive. I cannot say enough about them! It was a weekend I will never forget! We will be back!!
Oct 06, 2024 · Lisa MurphyOverall it was OK. We had a good campsite. But not all of them were good. Not much privacy. They pack them in. Staff was great. Bathrooms were clean. The hand blowers didn't work. Could definitely use a paper towel dispenser. Not much for my daughter to do. No crafts during the week day when we were there. The pool was ok. Dog park was all sand. One of my dogs got bitten up pretty bad by sand fleas. Most likely we won't be going back.
