Chase Village Mobile Home Park Introduce
When searching for "RV parks near me" in the Baytown, Texas area, it's essential to explore all available options and consider the unique characteristics of each potential location. While the platform category focuses on RV parks, it's possible that some users may come across listings or information related to mobile home parks in the vicinity. In this context, we aim to provide an objective introduction to Chase Village Mobile Home Park, located at 2916 McKinney Rd, Baytown, TX 77520, USA, based on recent customer feedback available online. It is important to note that the following description is derived solely from the provided reviews and may not reflect the entirety of the park's history or all residents' experiences.
Recent reviews for Chase Village Mobile Home Park paint a concerning picture regarding the park's current management, maintenance, and overall condition. Multiple reviewers express significant dissatisfaction, urging potential residents to "save your money and don't move here." This strong sentiment suggests that prospective tenants should exercise caution and thoroughly investigate the current state of the property before making any decisions.
One recurring theme in the negative feedback is the perceived decline in the park's quality following a change in ownership and management. One long-term resident who lived at Chase Village for several years noted a distinct downturn after Mrs. Beth sold the property, stating that "it went downhill." This suggests a potential shift in management practices and priorities that has negatively impacted the living experience for some residents.
A significant point of concern revolves around the responsiveness and availability of the current management. Reviewers indicate frequent changes in management, with one stating, "New manager every 3 months." This lack of consistent leadership can lead to instability and a lack of accountability. Furthermore, there are complaints that the office staff, reportedly consisting of only one person, is "NEVER THERE" and "Doesn't answer the phone." This lack of accessibility and communication can be frustrating for residents needing to address maintenance issues or other concerns.
Maintenance appears to be a major area of dissatisfaction among recent reviewers. One resident reported that their porch had needed fixing since the summer with no action taken. Another detailed experiencing pervasive mildew and mold issues within their mobile home, particularly in the kitchen cabinets, rendering them unusable. Despite reporting these issues to management, the response was reportedly inadequate, with a suggestion of only having one maintenance person and instances of problems being superficially addressed with paint rather than proper remediation. An additional safety concern was raised regarding a leaning AC unit that was not installed correctly.
Beyond individual home maintenance, concerns were also raised about the overall upkeep of the park's common areas. One reviewer described the trailers as "old looking, falling apart," and noted that "trash is all over the area." This suggests a potential issue with waste management and the general aesthetic appeal of the park. Another specific complaint involved a broken mailbox, further highlighting a lack of attention to essential infrastructure.
Several reviewers also mentioned issues related to landscaping and groundskeeping. Complaints were made about potholes in the roads and trees falling over without being addressed, indicating potential safety hazards and neglect of the park's infrastructure. The grass maintenance was described as "horrible," with grass and leaves reportedly left in yard areas, detracting from the overall appearance and potentially causing inconvenience to residents.
Another significant concern raised in the reviews pertains to the enforcement of community rules, specifically regarding pets. One resident complained about "dogs running around" and stated that despite raising the issue, no action had been taken. This lack of enforcement can create an unpleasant and potentially unsafe environment for other residents.
One reviewer mentioned contacting the City of Baytown to report the conditions at Chase Village Mobile Home Park, suggesting that the issues may be significant enough to warrant external intervention. This indicates a level of dissatisfaction that has escalated beyond direct complaints to the management. The same reviewer also threatened to contact the news station if the city did not take action, underscoring the severity of the perceived problems.
Based on the publicly available reviews, there is no indication of any ongoing promotional offers or positive developments at Chase Village Mobile Home Park. The overwhelming sentiment expressed by recent reviewers is one of disappointment and frustration with the current state of the park's management, maintenance, and overall living conditions.
For individuals actively searching for "RV parks near me" in Baytown, Texas, the information regarding Chase Village Mobile Home Park, while not an RV park itself, serves as a cautionary example. It highlights the importance of thorough research and potentially visiting a property before committing to residency. The issues raised in the reviews, such as poor management, inadequate maintenance, and deteriorating infrastructure, are factors that any prospective resident, whether in an RV or a mobile home, would want to avoid.
In conclusion, based on the recent customer feedback available online, Chase Village Mobile Home Park appears to be facing significant challenges related to management, maintenance, and overall upkeep. Potential residents are strongly advised to conduct thorough due diligence and seek alternative "RV parks near me" in the Baytown area that may offer a more positive and well-maintained living environment. The negative experiences shared by multiple reviewers suggest that the current conditions at Chase Village Mobile Home Park may not meet the expectations of those seeking a comfortable and well-managed living space.

Chase Village Mobile Home Park Reviews
Zero Stars. Save your money and don't move here. I've reached out to the City of Baytown because the city needs to come see how they are running this area back here. My porch has needed fixing since the summer and still nothing. New Management took over and now that young lady Josie is gone. And the young lady that worked with her. Now the guy who works in the office is NEVER THERE. Doesn't answer the phone. Why is only one person working in the office. The owner needs to come help out. The trailers are old looking, falling apart, trash is all over the area. Mailbox broke. The city is going to do a pop up and I'm sure will be fined.. pot holes , trees falling over and no one never available. Same note been on the door for a month. How can a office be ran like this. Work orders don't get done. Grass people does a horrible job and leave grass and leaves etc in yard areaDogs running around. Complained about that and still nothing.. if the city gets nothing done, ill be reaching out to the news station
Mar 01, 2025 · RuthI lived here for a few years… After Mrs. Beth sold the property, it went downhill. Management is horrible. New manager every 3 months. Most mobile homes are full of mildew. Couldn’t use my kitchen cabinets because it was full of mold. I sent emails to management. They said they only had 1 maintenance person. They just paint over of it. AC unit was leaning over. Not put in correctly. Do not rent here!!! It’s not worth your health.
Apr 19, 2025 · Christina MarieI moved here 5 years ago and since it was bought out by out of state cooperation it has been downhill. They raised lot rent by double and have been enforcing rules or get fined.Management is known to have been linked with towing companies to tow your vehicle and get a percentage from them. They have hired a company to pick up trash which renters pay double of what the trash company charges. If you drive thru now you would never compare of how clean and maintained it used to be.Now there is garbage on almost all the front lawns. The place looks in ruins.
Nov 19, 2024 · Freddy FooWas a resident there first at colonial for two years and then Charlotte for another two years I do not recommend anyone moving at this establishment, if you are looking to rent, do not go here not only will you get evicted after going through a hurricane and being without AC for over a year no underbelly underneath our mobile home was sent to court because we were behind on a months worth of rent was promised it would not go on our credit just to move out and find something else and that we would be fine if you only knew what these people have put us through in the last year please do not Move here, Don’t want to see anybody else, especially hard-working people go through what we went through now looking for legal counsel😔 We were here the last two years with no maintenance every time they hire maintenance man he would quit or gets fired was promised underbelly and insulation for so long when they finally evicted us then they decided to fix it because we was withholding rent due to Having $1000 light bill because our AC kept running and running because there was no underbelly or insulation in a three bedroom mobile home. Have a lot of pictures May share them on here as well! Long story short if you value your credit rental credit that is do not go here! Pictures to come later
Aug 31, 2024 · Jennifer SimsTerrible place to live at. When we first moved in the house was not given to us clean. It was filled with dust on the floor, cabinets and everywhere. The floor by the kitchen was not installed properly as well with our plugs in the restrooms not working or fans. We have put in various reports to get this resolved and nothing has happened. We moved in 7 months ago and all I hear is,” I will let the contractor now”, or “there’s a long list” but come on now 7 months ? This should’ve been fixed before we even moved in. We also already spoke to the higher ups about this and nothing happen . Oh and did I mention that they tow cars in the middle of the night ? The towed our car because we parked on the side on the CONCRETE and it got towed didn’t tell us why or where the car was at. There was also OTHER CARS parked on the side so I’m confused why it was just ours(that I know of right now) My husband now has to miss work because of this. Terrible place to live management is absolutely HORRIBLE. Do not live here at all. We are planning on leaving soon due to poor customer service and management.Update there is now mold in the house and yet has not been fixed
