Understanding these varying perspectives is crucial for making an informed decision about your stay.
One long-term resident shared a positive experience, stating they "stayed here for a for a couple years with no issues from other tenants or owner" and recommended the park if there is a vacancy, describing it as "a truly nice place to stay." This positive review highlights the potential for a peaceful and stable living environment within the park. The reviewer further emphasized the park's quiet atmosphere, describing it as having "a country feel," which could be particularly appealing to those seeking a respite from the more urbanized areas of College Station. Additionally, they praised the abundance of mature trees, noting that the "numerous trees here provide a greenery that is hard to find in most parks nowadays." This suggests a more natural and shaded environment, potentially offering a cooler and more aesthetically pleasing experience compared to parks with less vegetation.
However, it's essential to consider contrasting feedback from another reviewer who expressed significant dissatisfaction. This reviewer mentioned that the management had transitioned from an "old lady who lives in the house" (named Dorthy) to her children and raised concerns about several aspects of the park. These concerns included the functionality of the Wi-Fi, stating that "The WiFi does not work." In today's connected world, reliable internet access is often a significant factor for both short-term and long-term RV park residents, making this a potentially important consideration.
Furthermore, the negative review highlighted potential infrastructure issues, stating that "The park has electrical issues." Reliable electrical service is paramount for RVs, powering essential appliances and systems. Reports of electrical problems could indicate potential inconveniences or even safety concerns for residents. This is a critical factor to investigate further if considering a stay at College Station RV Park.
The most concerning aspect of the negative review was the serious security issue reported: "Someone’s trailer was stolen from the park in May." While the specific circumstances surrounding this incident are unknown, it raises questions about the security measures in place at the park. For local users and travelers alike, the safety and security of their RV and belongings are primary concerns when choosing an "RV park near me." This reported incident should be carefully considered and potentially addressed with the park management.
Based on this mixed feedback, it's challenging to provide a definitive assessment of College Station RV Park without further information or clarification from the park management. The positive review suggests a quiet, tree-filled environment with a potentially stable community. In contrast, the negative review raises significant concerns regarding Wi-Fi connectivity, electrical reliability, and security.

Contacting the park management directly at (979) 777-9351 or +1 979-777-9351 to inquire about the reported issues, current amenities, and security measures is highly recommended. Asking specific questions about the Wi-Fi service, electrical system maintenance, and any security protocols in place would be a necessary step in the evaluation process.
Considering the limited information available and the conflicting reviews, it's impossible to provide a comprehensive overview of all services and features. However, based on the positive review, the environment appears to offer a more natural setting with mature trees, potentially providing shade and a sense of tranquility. The long-term resident's positive experience suggests that for some, the park has been a satisfactory place to stay.
Conversely, the negative feedback points to potential drawbacks that could significantly impact the quality of stay. The lack of reliable Wi-Fi, potential electrical problems, and the reported trailer theft are serious concerns that any prospective resident or traveler should carefully consider. It's crucial to ascertain the current status of these issues and whether the management has taken any steps to address them.
As there is no promotional information provided, it's difficult to comment on any special offers or unique selling points the park might currently have. Local users interested in College Station RV Park should focus on gathering current information regarding the park's amenities, services, security, and management's responsiveness to the concerns raised in the reviews.
In conclusion, College Station RV Park presents a mixed picture for those searching for "RV parks near me." While one review highlights a quiet, country-like environment with mature trees and a positive long-term living experience, another raises significant concerns about Wi-Fi, electrical issues, and security. Prospective residents and travelers are strongly advised to contact the park management directly, inquire about the specific issues raised in the negative review, and ideally visit the park to assess its current condition and determine if it meets their individual needs and expectations. A thorough personal assessment is crucial before making a decision to stay at College Station RV Park.

Mar 26, 2024 · Oscar CavazosDorthy (the old lady who lives in the house) is crazy. She used to run it but now her kids do. The WiFi does not work. The park has electrical issues. Someone’s trailer was stolen from the park in May. I do not recommend the place at all.

Jan 12, 2019 · Dawn JamesHave been here 3 years for college and have had no issues! The owners are so nice and will help answer questions about anything you might need. Highly recommend!!
Apr 03, 2020 · Kazmine KahilCalled the asked if they had WIFI, stressed the point that I am taking some college classes online and that it was important that I have access to internet. The owner stated she has two connections and that they cover the entire park. Moved there from Dallas. Had to stand 10 feet away from the shed to get connect to WiFi, the second connection, As soon as I told her it works she asked me how I got it working the next day could not connect to it. She also swore I could get att service that was also not true. Called wild blue, they could set up a satellite connect but would take three weeks. Mean while my homework was coming due, my GPA was 4.0 till I made the mistake of moving to College Station RV. Moved back to Dallas. Beware there was a little red truck that followed me from the place, they ran over my dog on purpose. Oh and the dog was my service dog. I am a veteran. Scooter help me deal with PTSD. Goes to show how some people really care about veterans.
