Country Livin RV Park Reviews
We had an emergency and needed a place to stay. Owners were very flexible in accommodating our needs. Wifi was great. Huge site for trailer and car. Free laundry. Dog park. Kids area. The most peaceful evenings with the darkest skies. Beautiful Amish country. Not too far from town, and Lawrenceburg.
Feb 25, 2025 · Debby HWe were supposed to stay at another nearby campground, but it was unsuitable. Jamie was SO nice to accommodate us last minute. This campground has level sites with beautiful grass and FHU. Laundry is free and they have two private shower rooms. There is a small playground and lots of bike riding areas. This is smack dab in Amish country. The fire ring was perfect for s’mores by the moonlight! I would highly recommend visiting the Amish Smokehouse for brisket and homemade Butterfinger ice cream! Also, Stillhouse Falls is a beautiful hike. We would definitely stay here again!
Apr 15, 2025 · Laurie BubenikThis campsite was everything I was looking for, minus the judgement. The vast majority of guests were all very nice as they were usually the 1st to smile and wave as a gesture of hello. The rustic Amish countryside was the getaway I'd been craving. And then I met the owner Jamie.I was greeted with a mild, business-like hello.2 sentences into the conversation he asked me if I was a drug dealer. Offended and severely annoyed, back story guess what. I'm a disabled US Navy retired veteran, with a Bachelors in Business, Minor in Mgmt, with a concentration in human resources. Masters Religious Studies. And yes by the way, I'm a man of color. And I do own a fully loaded super duty truck pulling a 45ft luxury toy hauler 5th wheel. For this guy to have 'ass'umed I had any involvement with "drugs" and to have never apologized for asking me that left a sour taste with me and overall ruined my stay.If you can overlook the apparent judgment, and the filthy common areas, ie. restrooms/showers/laundry, then you'll thoroughly enjoy this campground.
Feb 18, 2025 · Jay HuntThis RV park is a FIND if you need some peace and quiet, friendly folks, and a decent rate. It’s a little bit country in all the right ways, but still has WIFI and amazing hookups and laundry and showers. Our stay was a month long, and the park managers were nothing but helpful and kind. The spaces are beautiful, there’s plenty of room to pull your rigs in and out, and it is so QUIET. If you’re looking for some space and peace and quiet, this place is perfect.
Oct 12, 2024 · Lori TurnerIt was our first time there and we really enjoyed it! It was quiet and peaceful, just what we needed. Beautiful area and close to the Amish that we like to visit, and close to town. TJ was very nice and accommodating. Thank you for a great long weekend! Can’t wait to stay again!Neal and Pam
