Lambs Ferry Stay Introduce
For local recreational vehicle owners in Tennessee and those exploring the region, seeking reliable "RV parks near me," Lambs Ferry Stay in Leoma presents itself as a recently established option. Located at 5 Ford Rd, this new RV park offers a potentially convenient location close to town. Based on initial feedback from visitors, Lambs Ferry Stay appears to be focused on providing a clean and quiet environment for RV parking, catering to both short-term and potentially long-term stays.
The environment of Lambs Ferry Stay, situated in Leoma, Tennessee, is described by one reviewer as "clean" and "quiet," suggesting a peaceful setting for RV living. Its proximity to town indicates that while offering a potentially tranquil atmosphere, the park also provides convenient access to local amenities, services, and perhaps attractions within Leoma. However, specific details about the natural surroundings, such as landscaping within the park or nearby natural features, are not provided in the available reviews. Potential guests can likely expect a typical RV park setting with individual sites and communal areas, but the emphasis on cleanliness and quietness suggests a focus on a comfortable and undisturbed stay.
As a "brand new park," Lambs Ferry Stay is still in the process of developing its full range of services and features. One positive aspect highlighted by a reviewer is the owner's attentiveness and the upcoming addition of a laundromat for campers. This indicates an ongoing effort to enhance the convenience and comfort of the facilities for guests, particularly those staying for extended periods. The availability of laundry services is a significant amenity for RV parks, especially for longer stays, and its planned introduction is a noteworthy development for Lambs Ferry Stay.
However, one critical feature that has received negative feedback is the internet service. According to one reviewer who stayed for a month, the internet was "awful" and incapable of supporting streaming television. This individual reported moving to another location due to the poor internet quality, emphasizing that it did not improve over their month-long stay. They also mentioned a disagreement with the owner regarding a refund for the remainder of their pre-paid rent, citing this as indicative of the owner's behavior. This review strongly advises potential guests against staying at Lambs Ferry Stay if reliable internet is a necessity, stating that the owner's assessment of the internet speed (20mbps) as sufficient is inaccurate for modern usage.
Considering the platform category of "RV parks near me," Lambs Ferry Stay offers a new option in the Leoma, TN area. The positive aspects include its newness, reported cleanliness, quiet environment, proximity to town, and the owner's intention to add a laundromat. These factors might appeal to RVers looking for a basic and peaceful place to park their vehicles with convenient access to local services. However, the significant issue raised regarding the unreliable and slow internet service is a major drawback for those who require a stable internet connection for work, communication, or entertainment.
Currently, there is no explicit promotional information available for Lambs Ferry Stay in the provided reviews. The positive feedback about the park being new, clean, and quiet could be considered implicit advantages. The upcoming laundromat is also a future benefit that might attract longer-term stays. However, the lack of reliable internet, as highlighted by a disgruntled former guest, could significantly deter potential visitors who rely on online connectivity.
For local RV owners considering Lambs Ferry Stay, it is crucial to weigh the reported pros and cons. If a clean, quiet location close to town is the primary concern and internet connectivity is not a high priority, this new park might be a viable option, especially with the future addition of laundry facilities. However, if reliable internet is essential for your stay, the strong negative feedback in this area should be carefully considered. It would be prudent to inquire directly with the owner about the current status and reliability of the internet service before making a reservation, especially for longer stays.
In conclusion, Lambs Ferry Stay in Leoma, TN, offers a new RV park option for those searching within the "RV parks near me" category. It is described as clean, quiet, and conveniently located near town, with a laundromat planned for the future. However, a significant concern has been raised regarding the poor quality and unreliability of the internet service. Local RV enthusiasts should carefully consider their individual needs, particularly regarding internet connectivity, and potentially contact the owner directly for the most up-to-date information before choosing Lambs Ferry Stay for their RV parking needs.

Lambs Ferry Stay Reviews
Brand new park close to town. Lambs Ferry was clean, quiet, and offered the perfect spot to park our RV for a month. The owner was great and said a laundromat for campers will be coming soon! We will definitely be staying here again if they have any availability!
Apr 04, 2023 · Ryan WilsonThe internet is awful cannot even stream tv . We moved here hoping it would improve but we will be moving down the road . He refused to return any rent for the remainder of the month which tells me what kind of person he is but that’s ok. Word of mouth and lousy behavior will ruin a business faster than anything . Do not come here if you expect to have internet . Chris if you think 20mbps internet is sufficient or fast you truly don’t know anything about internet .
