The presence of a "little pond" with surrounding "nicely landscaped" areas and "boardwalks" suggests a serene and picturesque setting, inviting guests to take leisurely strolls and enjoy the natural beauty. Another reviewer, a local from Ruston, referred to it as a "Beautiful hidden gem!" and highlighted the "wonderful scenery with green native landscaping everywhere," emphasizing the peaceful and natural ambiance. One reviewer noted that their site was "very level," which is crucial for a comfortable and stable RV setup. The personal touch of the owner, Gary, who "guided us to the site and made sure we had what we needed," indicates a high level of customer service and attention to detail. This personal assistance can greatly enhance the arrival and setup experience for RVers. The fact that they "accept Passport America" is a significant service for members of this RV club, potentially offering discounted rates and making the park an even more attractive and economical option for those who are part of the program. The features of Creekwood Gardens extend beyond standard RV park amenities, suggesting a multi-faceted destination. The presence of "cute cabins" alongside RV sites offers alternative accommodation options for guests who may not have an RV or who prefer a more traditional lodging experience. The "boardwalks" around the landscaped areas and the pond are unique features that enhance the park's charm and provide opportunities for leisurely exploration. Notably, the reviews suggest that Creekwood Gardens is also "set up to be a venue for weddings and family or group events." This indicates that the property has facilities and landscaping designed to host special occasions, potentially including event spaces, scenic backdrops, and accommodations for guests. This dual functionality as both an RV park and an event venue adds a unique dimension to Creekwood Gardens. One reviewer also mentioned purchasing "2 ferns twice as big as the local nurseries for almost half the price," suggesting that the park may also offer some retail or horticultural items for sale, which could be an interesting and unexpected feature for visitors.
Promotional information is somewhat limited in the provided reviews, with the exception of the mention that "They also accept Passport America." For members of Passport America, this is a significant promotional aspect, as it likely entitles them to a discount on their camping fees, making Creekwood Gardens a more budget-friendly option. Local users who are Passport America members should definitely inquire about the specific discounts available. For other potential guests, it would be beneficial to contact Creekwood Gardens directly to inquire about any seasonal specials, group rates for RV sites or cabin rentals, or packages related to their event hosting services. Given the positive comments about the owner, Gary, it's likely that he would provide detailed information about pricing and any current promotions.

Creekwood Gardens Reviews
What a beautiful surprise. This campground is really lovely. Our site was very level. Gary guided us to the site and made sure we had what we needed. And he encouraged us to take a walk around the little pond. The area is nicely landscaped, with boardwalks, and cabins as well. It looks like they are set up to be a venue for weddings and family or group events. They also accept Passport America. A great stop.

Climate controlled conservatory. Multiple water features. Handicap accessible. A great place to make memories for a lifetime.
